I had an opportunity to return to Baltimore for the Women’s 5k. Which meant I would get to visit one of my favorite restaurants, The Blue Moon. My daughter and I anticipated a wait for an open table. So after a 45 minute wait, we excitedly obtained a table. The excitement quickly faded! First, they don’t offer menus. You can view it on line, if you have your phone. Amazing food and decor! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the opportunity to visit with the owner, she was absolutely one of the coolest people! We also purchased some art right off the wall!
I called to ask about gluten-free items so I could place an online order. The woman I spoke to was incredibly dismissive and rude and ended up hanging up on me. This is a restaurant. People have food allergies. Do better. Lost my business.
