The guy was soooo rude
U can tell he hates his job
He was impatient and rude with his smart u know what comments when I asked questions to ensure my son could eat it because he has ALLERGIES
THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE not a good first impression
The young lady was VERY sweet n kind if I ever go back it will only be because of her kindness

Employee actively talking shit while preparing our order & complaining about having to make the ice cream. If you want Bmore licks, go to the canton one.

The ice cream is good but the staff has been rude to customers every time I’ve visited. This most recent visit we were unaware of what time they closed and the staff did not hide their annoyance with us when we showed up before closing. They were rolling their eyes and talking about the customers, complaining about how late they’d be leaving work IN FRONT of customers. I thanked the employee when she handed me my ice cream and she just walked away without a word. Another time I visited, an employee had her own personal food sitting on one of only two tables inside the shop and wouldn’t let customers sit there (even while she was working behind the counter!). It’s jarring in comparison to MooMoo Cow’s vibes.

Very creamy soft serve - high quality that is hard to find.

I’m happy they have a selection of vegan options to choose from. I got a vegan blackberry one that had a very interesting, slightly gummy, texture. It would have been good in a lower quantity (single scoop instead of the double scoop i got).

Best ice cream in Baltimore !

I wish that they weren’t out of over half their flavors, but this is still my favorite ice cream place in Baltimore so far. Much better than any place down by the harbor.

In all seriousness, that welcome bell is completely insane. I don’t know how they did it, but bmore licks found a welcome bell louder than a nuclear bomb. Someone walked into home depot and said “yea sell me a welcome bell that will set off all the car alarms in a 3 block radius.” The inside of the store is tiny, so, when you’re at the back of the line, you get pinned to the door. With all the traffic the store gets, you’re bound to get 5 ear splitting rings before you’re served. I eat enough bmore licks that I’ll be deaf by age 47. I’ll never hear my grandchildren’s laughter because of the bmore licks welcome bell. It sounds like a completely niche nitpick, but you will not believe how much this bell actually impedes your ability to enjoy your visit. I pray to the god of every major religion that this bell will be changed out for a reasonable one - maybe one made of steel or aluminum instead of a vibranium jet engine

Best ice cream in Baltimore, so much variety for everyone

Milkshakes are always good, BUT I ask for no whipped cream every time I go and they give it to me anyway. Why even ask me if I want some or not if you're going to put it on there regardless. I've gone 20+ times and I can think of only 2 instances they listened and didnt put the whipped cream on there. Would be 5 stars but they keep doing this.

Probably my favorite ice cream shop in the city. Tons of flavors in both regular ice cream and soft serve. Plenty of traditional flavors but also unique flavors like honey baklava, watermelon mint chip, and Cuban coffee Oreo. Plenty of specialty cone options and toppings, go get the scoop.
