The ice cream is good but the staff has been rude to customers every time I’ve visited. This most recent visit we were unaware of what time they closed and the staff did not hide their annoyance with us when we showed up before closing. They were rolling their eyes and talking about the customers, complaining about how late they’d be leaving work IN FRONT of customers. I’m happy they have a selection of vegan options to choose from. I got a vegan blackberry one that had a very interesting, slightly gummy, texture. It would have been good in a lower quantity (single scoop instead of the double scoop i got).
In all seriousness, that welcome bell is completely insane. I don’t know how they did it, but bmore licks found a welcome bell louder than a nuclear bomb. Someone walked into home depot and said “yea sell me a welcome bell that will set off all the car alarms in a 3 block radius.” The inside of the store is tiny, so, when you’re at the back of the line, you get pinned to the door.
