Terrible customer service from my experience as a customer who use to support this Liquor store. I was ignored Not greeted. They are rude no apology so now go to different store on Belair rd.

Me and some friends came out to celebrate a friend’s birthday because it was karaoke night Both bar tenders was not behind the bar so we sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before a guy who was talking to one of the bar tenders told her i believe those people are looking for you … The bar tender was upset because she had to serve us .She went behind the counter very rude had a attitude and seemed drunk herself she kept getting the order wrong and seemed to only cater to individuals that she knew. At 11 pm we asked for another drink and she still wasn’t behind the bar and she stated the bar was closed when the dj left at 11pm even though it says the bar closes at 2 am , No announcement was made just when we asked to purchase another drink she stated the bar was closed. Very ghetto , unpleasant and had lack of customer service unless she knew you . It was 6 of us in total….I will never return again if I could have put no stars it would have been the correct way for this lounge .

Love this store. The prices are fair. They do not have the best quality of wines but they do have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from. I am sure you will find something at the Bmore Lounge.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a cement ramp and railing that leads to the parking lot.

The food is tasty to be at a bar. Try the honey lemon pepper wings and the quesadillas! The bartender is on point and very attentive! And they now have a DJ, so yea, just check it out. Small spot but a great neighbor bar when you just want to have a drink and relax. Oh, and they have a pool table!
