Open Table, please note: The Boiler Room is CLOSED! Apparently they've been closed for quite a long time according to earlier commentors. The only reason our party of 7 didn't drive to the restaurant was because we called to tell them we were running late. When the recording said their number was no longer in service, we checked Open Table and, lo and behold, OT's comments are full of "They're CLOSED!"

This place is closed! I don't know why Open Table allowed me to book a reservation. Drove all the way to this place only to find out it was permanently closed. Very disappointed Open Table did not remove this from their offerings.

This place is permanently closed and we did not find out until we arrived for our reservation. Why are you still allowing bookings on Open Table? Very disappointing since this lunch was for Father's Day. I suggest you remove the option to book from your website!

We had a group of 8. The salads were fresh, the salmon, crab cakes and soups were all good. We tried almost all of the appetizers and they were really tasty. The customer service was fabulous. Our waiter was courteous, accommodating and polite.

Didn't get go. I was calling to check my reservation and the phone kept ringing. So my husband and I ended up going somewhere else. Then like a week later I go to google the restaurant again it now has that it is closed. My question is why is the electricity still on if the place is closed. The whole restaurant closed forever but you calm and phone rings.

Booked a reservation for seven people at 3 PM for Mother's Day. When we arrived it was not the full menu, but an abbreviated brunch menu which was not advertised on their website. It took almost 20 minutes for our server to come to our table, and another 20 minutes for him to come back with a drink menu. We waited again to order, and then he never came back to take our drink order. We waited an hour and a half for our food with the waiter only stopping back at our table one time to tell us our food will be ready in 10 minutes (we waited forty minutes after this). After waiting an hour and a half, we left $20 on the table to cover the old fashion we ordered and left. We will never return to this restaurant. On top of the poor service and ridiculous wait times, it was incredibly loud, not only with people talking, but a DJ playing loud club type music.

We were there for Mother's Day. We had a reservation but it took about 30 minutes before we were seated. They were hosting hookah on Mother's day which took up additional seating. It was a guest chef and menu which I didn't expect. Customer service was great! It's newly owned and everyone was working the floor including the owner. They were clearly overwhelmed but its definitely growing pains. I would definitely go back to check the regular menu items.

First time visit. Unfortunately not a good experience. Our server did his best to make up for an extremely slow kitchen. We waited more than hour for 5 entrees. The food was good when it arrived. I was told the issue was a guest cook from NYC. That was an aggravating factor. The other issue was the music. On Mother's Day is NOT the day to have a club DJ pumping music. I had to walk up to the DJ and ask them to turn it down, which they did. When the DJs switched the music volume went back. Read the room. Read the day and the event. On Mother's Day it is the time to let families talk and reminisce, not to be competing with the music. We will have to try the restaurant again and see if it was a unique issue instead of systematic.

I chose this restaurant because of its menu online, however they had guest chef and weren't serving off their menu the day we dined there. Then they served water in very cheap plastic cups. I ordered the surf and turf from the guest chef's menu which was brought to the table almost 40 minutes after the rest the party's entrees were served. To top it off, the restaurant automatically charged a 20% service fee and expected me to tip the server as well! IMHO, this place is god for an after work cocktail but not ideal for a special occasion.

My family visited for Mothers' Day. The hosts and servers were very hospitable and accommodating. The food was very good. My drink was fabulous. The only concern I had was that they ran out of a couple of things and we had to make substitutions. Possibly this was because the dishes were prepared by a guest chef who'd not anticipated the larger crowd. I plan to go back another time when their usual menu is served. I highly recommend The Boiler Room.

We didn't eat here but I gave them an all-star rating because of how nice and professional everyone was. There was a guest chef for Mother's Day and the menu was quirky. With 2 small children, it didn't fit in with what we were looking to eat. Next time could you all advertise this kind of info? Because we had no idea until arriving for the reservation. Thanks

The Suchi from Ninja chef was delicious, he is an awesome chef. However the service was not the best. After spending $300 in dining for 4, my expectations from the waitress should be excellent to outstanding. I have been in other 5 star restaurants where the attention was outstanding and within a reasonable budget. Perhaps the restaurant was short of staff not so sure what happen.

Disappointing. The room and vibe were great. The menu posted online looked great but the actual menu today was very limited. The quality of what was actually served was poor., including very dry and overcooked. Even cooked properly, the quality wasn't on par with those prices.

The fish tacos were terribly overcooked. It was so dry, and the cold mission flour tortilla (same ones I get from the grocery store) was stale. This wasn’t even fish anymore because it was so dehydrated. I asked for more of the pineapple salsa to make it palatable. Still wasn’t great. Husbands pizza was undercooked, and pooled with grease. For brick fire style pizzas, this was sad. Prices are terrible for the quality of food you get. The waitress was kind and responsive, but someone needs to get the kitchen in order. Do not plan on returning.

I can't say enough about our server Nicole! Originally had an open table res for 14. I called an hour prior to let Nicole my group may be as much as 20 - she said "no problem I got you covered" When we got there she said she would take care of us and ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT! Took care of the whole group quickly efficiently and accurately! Such made the whole experience and was EXTREMELY Accommodating! Can't recommend her enough!!
