Bramble Baking Co was my first and only choice for doing my wedding cake. After a year + of stalking them on social media, I was able to get in touch with them for my local Baltimore wedding. I really wanted to support a business that is doing good for the community, and Bramble absolutely fits this bill. Not only was their cake delicious (we did fall flavors of pear & praline and chocolate & earl grey) but it was absolutely gorgeous. Just to give you an idea of how delicious, our cake was being eaten so quickly that our caterer had to swoop in and save a piece for the groom and I to eat. This is so atypical for weddings where usually SO MUCH cake is left over. For any future special occasion, I am only going to order their cakes, literally nothing else can compare.I am a regular at their brick and mortar shop and just can't say enough good things about them. If you haven't been yet GO QUICKLY AND EARLY as their tasty stuff flies off the shelves very quickly.

I went to Bramble Bakery for the first time today.Excellent croissant with rhubarb and cheese and a lovely pear pastry. The light flakiness and buttery flavor of the dough in both pastries spells excellent baker! Highly recommend. Wonderful to have a bakery in Hamilton.

I am so grateful to them and would be remiss if I didn't mention the way that our wedding guests were raving about the cakes we included at our reception from Bramble Baking Co. It's always an event with Bramble! Their sweet and savory goods just cannot be beat- the things they can do to a croissant are unreal! My favorite way to go is a get a box, load it up with whatever looks good and enjoy at the Arboretum. One of their signature pink boxes filled with pastries, cookies, pie pieces and buns is truly a breathtaking sight. To top it all off, they are super community minded and the owners are the nicest people. We are so glad for Bramble's presence in our weekend and lives!

I’ve been to Bramble at least 10 times, and I can’t say enough positive things about them! They offer a different assortment of goodies each week, all of which are unique and amazing. Most items are pastry, plus they have mini cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and breakfast sandwiches.They use rye flour in their puff pastry, which I love. Their sweets are not too sweet. They are so imaginative with interesting flavor combinations often using herbs and botanicals, not to mention the gorgeous dried flowers.Their breakfast sandwich on a biscuit is the best I’ve ever had! So are their pastries, both sweet and savory. Say goodbye to bland, dry bakery items. Bramble’s goodies, staff, and their ethos are wonderful and beautiful. LGBTQ+ ally. I’m so happy to have them as part of the community.
