“It was our waiters second day and they had him by himself not shadowing, not a good idea. We ordered all of our food at the same time( appetizers, entrees and drinks), because we had a show to go to @7...our reservation was for 4:30. We placed orders @5 drinks came approximately 5:30 food approximately 5:40. The only thing that didn't come was my burger and beer I ordered. I asked the waiter 5 times about my food but nothing ever came. I asked to speak to manager and was told the waiter is new and apologies. My burger and beer didn't come until 6:20, it was comped but the excuse that the waiter is new was not an excuse. I've been a waitress before and you have to shadow someone for at least a week. This was no fault of the waiter but it was of management. We let the waiter know we understood and it wasn't his fault and gave him a $100 tip that he deserved for being put in that situation. Please do better. This was our second time patronizing the restaurant our first time was awesome that's why we came back“
