Today was the first time i ordered from this place and I wasn't impressed to be honest. I ordered the BRD tender box meal (two tenders, fries, pickles, garlic bread). I ordered three tenders instead of two because I had no idea that the chicken tenders were the size of chicken breast; and I know that it's all the rage to eat oversized burgers, chicken etc. however, I like my food normal size; oversized food always make me think that it's been injected with steroids. The fries were not that flavorful, nor were they hot and they were quite hard. The hot honey old bay dipping sauce that I paid an extra 0.50 for was pretty good.

The sweet chilli chicken sandwich was so delicious. I liked the nice crunch on the chicken. I would absolutely recommend it.

This place used to rule. Like absolutely dominate the chicken sandwich game. Now, Shrinkflation combined with notariety has conspired to make it a shell of its former self. What used to be a comically large sandwich bursting with flavor is now a couple sad, possibly frozen tenders on an oversized slider bun for about $10. $5 for a tiny cup of fries. Chicken is now bland and unmemorable. Sad.

I take my hat off to the crew - these people better be making $30/hour! Sandwiches were mediocre but leaning on the good side. Coleslaw tasted like it came straight from Jetro… Decent overall.

Good sandwiches in general but the past couple times i have been here the food tastes like the fry oil needs to be changed. Very bitter after tase and can cause upset stomach.

The service is good and food tasty but the sauce is added so generously as to be viewed more as slop than sauce, and I've encountered large tendons in the chicken on my last two visits. If these issues are addressed the food will again be five stars in my book. For what it's worth I think the employees seem like they would be great workers but management might be unkind to them?

Very slow for just chicken tenders and fries. The fryer oil is putrid and you can taste that they haven'r changed it. The chicken and fries are perfectly cooked but they taste terrible due to the oil. If I had eaten there and tried it instead of getting carry out I would have sent it back. The best thing I can say about this meal is it wasn't QUITE bad enough to drive my car back to R House and demand a decent plate of food. But fully gross.

I really hope the manager reads this because this sort of nonchalant behavior is becoming more common. The food was not prepared well and the employees working on July 12 around 2-4 pm put no effort in its preparation. In addition, the were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They didn’t even want to offer any guidance on what to order. The young woman wearing the hijab just stood there playing on the phone and acted as if customers were a bother. I will never patronize this place again.

I've had this sandwich twice. Once today and once a few years ago. And both times...it was soooo good! Got invited out to eat with family right after I ordered today, so decided to save the sandwich for later. While driving home, I decided on just one bite. Half a sandwich later, it's taunting me from the passenger seat. Must...stay..strong..but the flavor is calling me!

Delicious chicken fried to perfection, interesting sandwich recipes that taste way better than you'd think at first glance. Friendly service and quick service times for being fried to order.Parking: Always parking available in the police lot.Kid-friendliness: Little child sized chairs and tables in the lobby, very cute.

Located inside a food hall this place specializes in fried chicken sandwiches. You can choose the spice level and what toppings you'd like on your sandwich. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, didn't get a chance to try any of the sides this time. If you want a good fried chicken sandwich, this is a good option.
