Revival consistently provides a 5 star experience. From the joyful welcome to the beautiful artwork and comfortable accommodations - this hotel is always my first choice in the city! I can’t wait to book my next stay. THANK YOU!

We were in town for a family wedding that was held at this hotel. Very nice venue for the wedding and reception. The food and atmosphere at Topside restaurant was excellent and the view of the city was great. The hotel common areas and rooms had very nice design touches that made this hotel seem unique and not mass produced.

Beautifully designed, every corner was carefully decorated. The location is excellent, especially to walk around the JHU. Staff is super friendly. The Dashery breakfast place had great coffee and pastry options. The only downside for me was the mattress, as it felt like an old spring mattress.

The hotel was clean. The staff showed a lot of respect and helpful attitude for their customers. The rooftop and Speakeasy of were fire!! The hotel however could use some vending machines or a little store for drinks and snacks.

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was suggested. Beautiful building within walking distance to lots of things to do. Inner Harbor isn’t too far away and MT Vernon area was so nice to walk around and admire old buildings.

Gorgeous decor, fun amenities and hands down the warmest staff I've encountered at a hotel in years! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I absolutely recommend Revival for either business or pleasure

Although I was on a business trip and did not make the reservation myself, I would gladly return to Hotel Revival again for pleasure travel or otherwise. My room was clean, roomy and comfortable with a coffee-tea station that went beyond the run-of-the-mill selections. Hotel staff seemed to be everywhere you wanted them to be and went out of their way to be helpful. And there was easy access to nearby restaurants and bars and the light rail to BWI airport, Penn Station and other destinations.

The history of this beautiful hotel was obvious when we arrived. A beautiful way to celebrate my first day married. My wife and I look forward to coming back and taking advantage of the excellent perks the hotel had to offer. It was a great experience.

I really like this hotel, it's beautifully renovated and decorated. Our room was large, had a great view of the monument, beautifully decorated, bathroom beautiful and spacious, the bed was Eastern King and super comfortable. The dashery had a great mini selection of breakfast items and smoothies, my favorite was the Revival smoothie! Room and the whole hotel is spotless, and there is a pleasant, relaxed vibe throughout the hotel. The only problem for us was the fact that the windows in the room do not open. We didn't enjoy running the fan/air conditioner all day and night, and lack of fresh air in the room really impacted our experience. Other than that, this hotel is amazing, even the location is great.

Super stylish, friendly, and in a great location. Hotel Revival is a fantastic hotel. Would definitely stay there again. The rooftop bar and restaurant is also great. Excellent food. Good service. Great views. Make a reservation. And there's a Speak Easy bar on the first floor. This is a super fun hotel.

We wanted to love this hotel. It is gorgeous. It is decorated so beautifully and the rooms are well appointed. However, they should have taken some of that money that they spent decorating and spent it on actually improving the infrastructure; because if you want to pay $300.00 a night to sleep in a room that wont cool below 77 degrees, then this is the spot. by the way, it was 97 degrees out on Saturday! it was hot and we were so looking forward to sleeping in a nice cool room. Nope! Before booking I read a review that stated that they had issues with the temperature in the room and I figured this was a one off. But the exact same thing happened to us. Plus we could not ever get the front desk on the phone. (we didn't go down there because 1. it was late and 2. we were tried and figures if they aren't answering then no none is there) so we ended up just sleeping with no blankets. We called the front desk at least 5 times and the line was always busy!!! How are you going charge $300.00 a night and not have the AC work or have someone available to assist us? When we checked out we told the front desk about the issue and we were simply told "ok, thanks for staying here." :| I cant imagine all the rooms have issues with the AC, but I would advise to stay at your own risk. Or double and triple check the room when you get there and someone is able to assist you if your AC isn't working....

Thank you for a great experience at your hidden gem of a boutique hotel in the middle of Baltimore. Comfortable rooms, great décor! Topside's food and cocktails made for a new favorite Baltimore restaurant.

From valet parking to check out, I give this little boutique hotel its stars. I love older renovated properties and this did not disappoint. Rooms are always larger than newer hotels. And the neighborhood is walkable and charming. I should mention that for those of us that have some physical limitations, the hotel was very accessible and accommodating. Charming staff, decent eateries, and an excellent location.

Charming neighborhood and splendid revitalization with a fabulous rooftop bar! I could have lived in my room with king-size bed for months. Quiet rooms, workout facility. The rooftop bar was bustling.
