I feel sorry for the one person staff, it's ridiculous that a restaurant in a casino has ONE guy working the whole place , including the bar. He deserves a huge raise

Came here late Friday night and luckily they were still serving food—we found three seats at the bar.
Food was okay. The Crab Dip with Pretzel Bites were mediocre, there wasn’t a lot of crab meat mainly cheese and the pretzel bites were overcooked/burnt. The Smoked Chicken Wings were okay. For entree, I really enjoyed the Rasta Pasta—very flavorful and the chicken was very crispy, big portion too! The Papa Don’s Meat Lovers Pizza and Fish & Chips were meh.
Service was good—the bartenders are usually cool here.

What an awesome experience. Started coming here with my wife to watch our away football games (and maybe do a little betting). Sat next to a couple one weekend. Got a great recommendation of the nachos and had a nice chat. Came back two weekends later, sat at the same spot at the bar, wearing our game jerseys and eating nachos, and the same gentleman comes up in a very nice pressed suit and offered to pick up our bill for the afternoon. Apparently, he's one of the hosts here and recognized us from the last time. What a fantastic way to connect with your customers. Will be back. Again. And again. And again.

I got the All American burger. When I got home, the burger was seared on the outside but raw on the inside. It clearly states on their menu that all meats are cooked well done.I tried to return it the night that I got it, but they were closed. So I try calling them the next day, but no one never answers. So I said okay.let me take it back. The manager comes out and said you have a problem with the food. I took the receipt and food out the bag and explain the proble I had with the uncooked burger. She tells me there's nothing she can do about it because She don't know if this is their food but she never opened the box to look at it That was the craziest thing I ever heard This is your container and your food with the receipt I did not ask for my money back. I simply wanted a well done burger. I can describe the young man who waited on me. So basically what she was telling me is. Once you leave with your fool, if there's anything wrong with it, there is nothing she can do about it .Wow unbelievable I never heard of such crap before in my life. This is not the first problem I had with them about my food but it serves me right because I keep going back trying to give them another chance but this was the last straw. No wonder her employees do not have good customer service skills. The manager is just as bad, if not worse than the employees. So they just lost. another customer, we'll never go back.
I dined inside and ordered the boneless wings and fries. The wings were horrible, when I came here a couple of weeks ago they were great. This time it tasted like they didn't change the oil and the breading on the wings was alot darker and dried. The fries must have been prepared too early because they were cold when they arrived.

First we got to the restaurant to find that they do not even take reservations so thankfully they weren't that busy and we were able to get a table. We had multiple reservations to sit with other parties. It then took about 2 hours for every one to get their food. Our server did the best she could but overall the service was terrible!
