Reservation made for 8:45pm as a Diamond Elite member for Ceasars. Upon arrival was told that the kitchen closed at 8:45pm and we would not be seated. The bartender was screaming at a customer who was complaining. The hostess was dismissive and everyone seemed to want to leave during the biggest Ravens game of the season. Truly awful customer service. Why take a reservation for 8:45pm if you are not going to honor it.

The server started her service by telling us alot of the things on the menu were not available. But she said she didn't want to disappoint us right away so she wasn't going to tell us what wasn't available and she'd wait until we ordered to let us know. We eventually got her to tell us and it's about 5 items from the entrees section and the entire pizza section. Had nothing to do with selling out due to volume , it was just simply they didn't have it. The actual burger tasted fine however and was tasty.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. There were two servers working on a Saturday night after the Army Navy game. We waited over 20 minutes asking multiple people for waters. A girl agreed to help us even though it wasn't her table. Another 30 minutes went by and we still didn't have food. We asked again and they said they were still waiting on one ticket. We ordered a burger and nachos so it wasn't anything elaborate. They finally brought the nachos and they were cold so we told them we were leaving and walked out. Nothing was good about our experience.

Rolling into Brew Brothers was absolutely the right call before handing over all my money at Horseshoe Casino. This spot hits that perfect quick drop in vibe and still brings legit Baltimore flavor. The staff made sure I stayed true to Charm City tradition and kept the crab theme alive.
I started with the crab dip and pretzel bites which were basically a warm creamy welcome to Baltimore hug. They suggested I keep the crab train going with the crab cake sandwich and that was the perfect move. Fresh, flavorful, and paired with some of the best seasoned fries I’ve had in a minute.
I may or may not have also taste tested one or three of my girlfriends boneless buffalo wings. Zero regrets. Another great bite.
If you’re heading into the casino and want something fast, friendly, and full of local flavor, Brew Brothers is definitely the move. A great pit stop before the fun begins.

My husband and I tried to eat before the ravens game today. It took five minutes for us to be seated (the restaurant was not crowded). Once we were seated, we were moved to another table. Before we got a chance to sit down, we were moved to a third table. That is when we left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We didn’t even get to taste the food.

Sunday football you have a limited menu. Nachos were okay,heavy cheese sauce. Old Bay wings were also just okay. Several beers were out. Nice huge screens to watch the games.

One of the worst experiences EVER. Took 15 mins to see a waiter. Took 24mins to get the check!
We wanted to have a quick meal before concert. We've been seated for 20-25 mins while servers decide who would be taking order. Then, they finally decided and we got drinks and had to wait over 30 mins to get our starters. This place is horrible and will NEVER come back. I wish I could rate them zero.

I had a meat lovers pizza which was undercooked I would have sent it back but I had already sent my mojito drink for it was poorly made. The server was extremely slow and she seemed to think that my visible dissatisfaction was solely attributed to the drink and proceeded to tell us about the bartenders treat the servers unfairly by not making drinks in a timely manner but the drink order was the least of the issue. She was unprofessional and seems to need additional training on how to take care of the table she is waiting on.

Burger was good. Server was kind but at the mercy of the kitchen and bartender who screwed up by the numbers. Apparently there was some beef between the bartender and server. There were 3 people sitting at the bar so he wasn't busy. Just a jerk. I finally gave up on getting a beer and got a free soda on the casino floor after dinner.

While let see , I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time. Wanted to take some friends that were traveling from Delaware to dinner before the Orioles game . Got the reminders and updates on our upcoming reservation before we sat in traffic on the way to meet them. And how embarrassing it was to find that l the restaurant is CLOSED on Monday & Tuesday!!!! Very disappointing 😞..
