My meal was pretty good. Service was poor at the bar

The other reviewers are correct, the service is lackluster at best, and negligent at worst.

I suggest sitting at the bar, otherwise it is unlikely that you will be acknowledged. I seated myself as instructed by the sign. Wait staff worked very hard to not look at me as they walked past. Spoke with ladies at the next table and they said it took them 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Finally, went to the bar. Bartender was great! As soon as I sat down he gave me a menu, and service was fine after that. Note: it was a Saturday around 7:30pm and it was not crowded at all!I give table service 0 stars, and bartender 4.5 stars.

Stopped to get a bite to eat before heading to the Ravens game and I wish we had went with another option. Our server was extremely rude and not very attentive, we were seated for about 20 minutes or so before she even got our drink order, which took another 10 minutes. Tried to order pizza and was told we couldn’t because they did not have dough for it so we went with the nachos, which took about 20 minutes and once they got to our table they were cold. They were a bit understaffed for a Sunday I would say. This place could be a great spot but I would definitely look for other options.

The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. Period. It was almost inedible. The poor waitress. When we told her, she agreed that she tells customers to not order the pizza if they ask.

If you're thinking about eating here, expect to wait a long time on your food and a check. It's not even busy but takes too long of a wait to dine in here. Food is mediocre, won't be back because I don't have too much patience.

Had a reservation through opentable, we got there a few minutes before the reservation time. We got seated over an hour after the reservation time. We waited over 30 minutes for a wait staff to come to our table even after asking for someone to take our order. Finally just left as it was clearly a waste of our time. I do not recommend this establishment.

manager was very helpful, he was really doing everything, they were apprently very short staffed and for 2 major events going on in Baltimore it was not a good nite for not having any help. The manager is not supposed to seat you, take your order and bring it to you. Food was ok.

A bit chaotic getting in. No one at the host/hostess desk resulting in long lines. Had to find a manager to let them know that we had a reservation. He was then able to find us a table.

THEY DO NOT TAKE OPEN TABLE RESERVATIONS! Waited 1.5+ hours for a table before giving up. (After “reservation” time) Line was at least 50 people deep. There were empty tables that were never sat. Now, I will say that our visit was the same day as the first play off game and Stevie Nicks/ Billy Joel concert, but they had more than enough time to adequately staff their establishment. Not a single acknowledgement from any staff member beyond the overworked, barback. He is the only one that would acknowledge anyone trying to ask a question. FOH/ Manager would just look right thru you.

We received our food and the service told us they ran out of what one person ordered. So they got something else. It didn't arrive until almost 45 mins later. We also asked for dessert when we ordered our food and we didn't find out that we couldn't order it until we asked where it was. Our service just kept saying the food was coming. The pizza was caked in covered in flour. The only good thing was the boneless wings. Service sucked. No sorry or apologizes for the bad service. I've never had a worse experience. We almost just got up and left. I would give a zero if I could.

Was at the casino to kill time for an event and my friend was in the mood for a quick bite so we decided to find a place to dine. For some reason, many of the eateries were closed that day but Brew Brothers happened to be opened so we decided to go there. The location gives a view of the stadium outside which I thought was cool and the layout gives a typical sports bar feel with the many tvs showing different athletic events. Service was cool and I decided to get the shrimp egg rolls to try. They were good, no complaints. My friend ordered the nachos and also enjoyed those. I'd be open to visiting again.

Brew Brothers continues to disappoint-- so much that I doubt I'll go back. Their latest problem is they run out of food. Imagine a restaurant not having many menu items on a Friday evening! It's also happened on Sunday. Half the menu items-- including pizza!-- were unavailable because the kitchen had run out of food. They had burgers, but don't expect a tomato slice-- out of them. The BB employees, who are GREAT, apologized profusely and were visibly embarrassed that their restaurant couldn't offer most of the appetizers on the menu, and most of the entrees. Brew Brothers seems poorly managed, just like the Horseshoe Casino itself.

Everything I've eaten here has been great. Bang bang shrimp, the burger, the pretzel, and the pasta. Bartenders are always super nice, and the draft beers are pretty nice too. Other reviews say its too pricy, which isn't true because it's a brand new super nice casino and a very nice bar. They also serve breakfast, which is dope.
