Love this place. Pizza is very good and people that work there are always very nice. It is a short walk from where I work so I drop in every couple of week.

Great Neapolitan style pizza. Had the garlic knots too. Pretty tasty. Individual sized pizzas. Only three tables so most is probably takeouts. Bottled water and a few kinds of pop for drinks. Two pizzas, the knots and 4 waters was $53. Awesome 90s rock on the radio.
We hired BricknFire to cater for our granddaughterâs birthday. They were amazing. Food was fantastic and the whole experience of a mobile brick oven was awesome. Highly highly recommend.
Good stuff
Convenient and very good pizza!
You will be surprised by the quality of the dough. The Margherita with arugola was of restaurant quality but a bit salty, which almost dropped the rating to 3 stars.
Although very busy, the counter staff was polite and patient. Seating is limited and not very inviting.
Pizza was delicious!! Got the prosciutto hot honey, it was awesome. The honey was not at all spicy, but it was delicious overall. Pizza came out fast. Made fresh to order.
Note, this is inside the Marriott hotel. There are only a few small tables in the Pizza place itself. We were able to get some beers at the hotel bar and brought them into the pizza seating area where we ate. Pizza is a great size for 1 person, maybe 2 with small appetites. Only 1 size available.
BricknFire Pizza Co. is an absolute gem, earning every single one of its five stars! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of perfectly baked pizza fills the air, promising a culinary delight â and they deliver. Their brick oven pizza is the star of the show, and for good reason. The crust is simply divine â perfectly crispy on the outside with just the right amount of chew on the inside, and those beautiful, subtle char marks from the intense heat of the brick oven tell a story of authentic preparation. Each bite offers a harmonious blend of high-quality ingredients, from the rich, tangy sauce to the fresh, vibrant toppings, all perfectly cooked and melted. You can truly taste the difference that a traditional brick oven makes. Itâs not just pizza; it's an experience. Consistently delicious, friendly service, and a fantastic atmosphere â BricknFire has perfected the art of pizza-making. Highly, highly recommend!
The best brick oven pizza we have found on the East Coast. Made fresh & staff remains calm during the before & after game craziness! (Ravens & Orioles). Look forward to having the pizza each trip!

We were staying at the Marriott for an Oâs game and picked up some late night pies on the way up to our room. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of these hotel pizzas. We ordered Margherita and Pepperoni pizzas and both were really good. The Neapolitan pies are made to order and come out quick. Service is friendly even late at night when theyâre about to close. If youâre looking for late night food BricknFire is a solid option.

I wish this place was where I lived with the people who work here. This is one of the Best pizza places I have ever eaten. Customer service was beyond excellent. Food was beyond excellent. But I canât say enough about this group of young men and women who worked here. They all flowed with ease. I donât know what they make on the hour but the need more money. Not like the rude service from McDonaldâs. They are located inside of the Marriott hotel but do have their own entrance. This place can get busy. But you can also order ahead.

When this place first opened I used to order from here regularly. I hadnât ordered from here in a while and decided to last night. This sandwich which used to be so good was such a disappointment.
I paid for the side salad, but got chips. The sandwich literally had 4 strands of lettuce 2 were wilted so I took them all off. It didnât have the dressings it was supposed to have, or if it did I didnât taste it. Just a dry sad looking and tasting sandwich overall. I just think that if sandwiches are almost $16 dollars there would better quality.

The purchasing process was easy and smooth, in-person. Friendly bakers and the neatness detected. However, recently Iâve noticed the crust has evolved into much harder and flatter. Normally, it will bubble and scorned lightly by fire in the pit oven. I guess it might be due to less amount of yeast and/or excessive amount of flour? Looks similar to store-brought type of pizza. HOWEVER, the topping and taste remain delicious. Crust needs some work, returning to its original form. Iâll return anyway as itâs closer to my place.
