I use to order my food to order from there all the time and they used to be very friendly and I live on W Lanvale St the guy answer the phone very nasty and a very bad attitude and I was a very good customer to this place but now he said they don't deliver in my area no more when I just order food from them a week ago. They have very very bad attitude

Ordered on line. The food arrived exactly at the estimated time. The order was for spaghetti with meat sauce. It came with garlic bread. The garlic bread was the best thing in the meal. The spaghetti was tossed in the trash. It was very watery which was surprising because extra sauce was ordered. I didn't step foot into the establishment so I had to be mutual with the service and atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend delivery.

The customer service is horrible ! I called up there today and whoever answered the phone was very rude, and tried to rush me off the phone. I had a huge order, and he kept telling me the time it was going to take to get delivered in the middle of me still ordering. It was very unprofessional. It’s a shame because the food here is actually very good, but because of the customer service and who they have answering the phones , I will never give them another dollar. Customer service goes a long way, and if you’re going to have people answering the phones, make sure they don’t have nasty attitudes. It affects your business, and now you have lost a customer !
I have to say this is a good and delicious little spot for a quick run and grab to throw food on my tummy man. It was literally a quick stop and go && I fell in love the second bite I made??????????
Parking: The parking lot was clean and clear. Just drivers can't drive but other then that CANT COMPLAIN at the parking lot cause it was amazing for sure.
Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't really pay too much to mind about this area but I DID NOTICE THAT WHEEL CHAIRS CAN AND HAVE THE ACCESS ♿
