The people that currently work here are terrible cooks despite everything is on a timer for them, very often the drinks wouldn't taste like they supposed to the fries where not soft just crunchy and brown got my order wrong the last 3 times and because I already took the food away from the facility so I feel like I can't complain about missing items, this place isn't what it used to be don't go here unless u want to wait for a long time and still have your order messed up

Worse Burger King ever I always have a problem here food is cold old and nasty. The management and workers have an attitude slammed the window door for no reason. They out barbecue sauce on my chicken sandwich(I’m allergic to barbecue) nor did I ask for barbecue sauce and the sandwich doesn’t come with barbecue sauce . Had an allergic reaction and had to go to urgent care. Will be emailing corporate they need a whole new crew of workers .

I stop there every morning. The crew is very friendly, professional and lovable. I always go through the drive thru because the lobby is not open yet. I get the same thing every day on my way to work. Once I get to the box to order I'm instructed to come around to the window. Once there I'm greeted with so much warmth. That really starts your day off good. I commend the overnight crew at Reisterstown Rd and Cold spring Lane store.

O Boi .. I went thur the drive thur and ordered a big fish add cheese , a improssible whopper add cheese and two cheesy tot 8 pcs.. I live a block up the street and by the time i got there both sandwiches were ice cold .. cheese that Ipaid for wasn't there .. food just threw together and all so i returned for a refund ... I would like to thank those two young ladies in the front for correcting my order in a timely manners I went back into the store on Coldspring after getting cold food from the drive thur I wasn't feeling good and the weather was really messing with my body bad. Or i would have got out my car in the first place but the cashier inside immediately address my concerns and had the lady in the grill (although she was upset and nasty in tone ) correct them without me having to fuss or anything I truly appreciated that the way I was feeling and if I would have had cash on me I would have tipped them both . 20 dollars is a lot of money to get a order that they wouldn't eat personally themselves.The manager was present and didn't say a word even though she heard me addressing my concerns .. she just stood there.. where's the leadership but thank God she didn't have to do anything her front line staff and that young lady was on it .. she needs to be part of management team ijs.. i wish i knew her name cause i would contact the GM about her.. and that night crew needs a overall

Ordered their new melt and well they toasted one piece of bread and not the other. Of course the toasted part was on top, but when I bit into it I knew something was wrong. Like why do this. Now if I went back it would be a problem. Then I would fear my food would be mismanaged. I know it is 3:30am, but let’s do better with preparing customers food.
