Food was ok, somehow fresh and hot. But it took so long the get food. There were homeless people inside the store so I didn’t feel comfortable. I also went to bathroom to wash my hands but it was very dirty and faucet was messed up I had to hold with one hand to make water running. So I wasn’t happy at all. I don’t think I will ever come back that store.

I’ll pull up to Burger King. I proceed to ask for my order. I’m greeted by two different people at the same time I put in my order and they tell me no that’s a double whopper Junior and I’m like I don’t want double whopper I want double cheeseburger made like a whopperthen tell me I’m not getting my order rude and disrespect

Be mindful of the manager with the spider web tattoo on her elbow. She'll beg you to donate a dollar to charity but will charge you 2 dollars. Then won't give you a receipt

I visited your drive-thru on February 16, 2025, around 9:10 PM, and was assisted by a young lady named Gabrielle. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to her unprofessional behavior. She spoke with a sassy tone, appeared impatient, and rushed me while I was placing an order for five people. As a result, she got my order wrong, and when I questioned my receipt, she continued to display attitude and was overheard gossiping with colleagues in the background.

As a regular customer and member of the community, I expect a higher standard of service. I would appreciate it if the leadership team could address this behavior with the staff working during that shift to ensure a more professional and respectful experience for all customers.

I went to order and the Manager named Kenny, was very disrespectful and rude and offered to make my food over but had no gloves on which is very unsanitary and this wasn’t the first time i have witnessed it, The other manager named Linya she’s very rude and costumer service is horrible i had a question about my order and her response attitude was nasty along with the food and everything it was cold and i just wanted a refund after everything that happen

This location has some serious issues and should be fixed or shutdown as 24/7
Business is business where it is 2am or 2pm. There were two persons working as i saw and they were talking nasty about late night customers.
When I asked why you guys don’t have unsweetened tea and Guy responded, make a tea at home.
District manager or area manager should take seriously monitor this location.
Burger King has well reputation and this is totally unacceptable and ruined my day.
Fish was too old, onion rings was sogy and I can’t tell anything well, after all this I lost trust to eat what I ordered so I throw them.
