It's Burger King... every visit at this location is hit or miss, and every visit there is new staff.
My most recent visit, very pleasant, food was fresh, line was short wait was short. This BK usually takes forever, but they are getting better from the looks of it. Hope they keep it up.

Food was cold and salty and dry. I was going to a play and didn't have time to go back i threw it away.
The employees hear are very rude. 9/16/2024 at 5:30 am. Drive through is supposed to be 24 hours. The dining room is closed. I sat at the speaker when no one addressed me I pulled to the window. A male and older lady looked me right in my face and ignored me. Didn’t say they were closed or nothing just proceeded to work. This was very unprofessional. I will not be back. I will also be reaching out to corporate because 9 times out of 10 they both were management. Dong go there is you expect great customer service!

I think the burgers are better than McDonald's, but it is fast food. It's really good for a quick, tasty, unhealthy meal when you feel like cheating.

The girl that took my order was so rude that I ended up cussing in front of my children I was so mad, the "manager" got on the line and said "you aint about that life baby" . im disgusted with there behavoir and will never be back from other reviews I'm not the only one who had this experiance so beware

Waited for almost 20 minutes at the drive through and line wasn't moving. It happens, normally I understand that, but the entire time you could hear the person working drive through chewing gum, loudly, and no hope of the line moving.
Avoid this place at all costs, I wouldn't trust anything
Service is always exceptional. Cashiers treat you like family. I often come here just for the experience. The cashiers are really delightful.
Food is also delicious.

Ordered lunch at the drive-thru for myself and my grandson. Paid with cash, but got no receipt. After a 3-1/2 mile drive home, discovered that the staff did NOT give me my complete order. I was missing MY WHOPPER SANDWICH!!! With the price of the sandwich being what it is, of a $19.11 order, I feel that I only got half of what I paid for.

Ordered FOUR five dollar meals and waited in line for my food. Tried to order an additional meal but was told I could only do it online. Got my food {4 cups and 2 bags} and proceeded back to the drive through to get the rest of my food. Drive all the way home and one of the four 5 dollar meals aren’t in the bag. Now I have to go all the way back because if I don’t, someone can’t eat. Drive ALL THE WAY BACK. Instead of being met with an apology, I was treated like a homeless liar. Here’s the receipt, I promise I’m not doing so bad that I have to come to Burger King of all places to scheme for free food. DO BETTER!

They don't, or didn't at the time serve small shakes but they did try to accommodate me. (Due to the person overhearing that it was for my Mom.) So that was awesome, very thoughtful, and appreciated! (We didn't go through with it, but thank you!) Everything was smooth and great!
Vegetarian options: There's only the impossible burger (that I know of) its good!
