How hard is it to read instructions on what to put on food? Like I wanted nothing on my sandwich and yall made your jobs 10x harder. Also can you not answer a phone? How hard is your job?

It's Burger King... every visit at this location is hit or miss, and every visit there is new staff.
My most recent visit, very pleasant, food was fresh, line was short wait was short. This BK usually takes forever, but they are getting better from the looks of it. Hope they keep it up.

Food was cold and salty and dry. I was going to a play and didn't have time to go back i threw it away.
The employees hear are very rude. 9/16/2024 at 5:30 am. Drive through is supposed to be 24 hours. The dining room is closed. I sat at the speaker when no one addressed me I pulled to the window. A male and older lady looked me right in my face and ignored me. Didn’t say they were closed or nothing just proceeded to work. This was very unprofessional. I will not be back. I will also be reaching out to corporate because 9 times out of 10 they both were management. Dong go there is you expect great customer service!

I think the burgers are better than McDonald's, but it is fast food. It's really good for a quick, tasty, unhealthy meal when you feel like cheating.

The girl that took my order was so rude that I ended up cussing in front of my children I was so mad, the "manager" got on the line and said "you aint about that life baby" . im disgusted with there behavoir and will never be back from other reviews I'm not the only one who had this experiance so beware

Waited for almost 20 minutes at the drive through and line wasn't moving. It happens, normally I understand that, but the entire time you could hear the person working drive through chewing gum, loudly, and no hope of the line moving.
Avoid this place at all costs, I wouldn't trust anything

Ordered lunch at the drive-thru for myself and my grandson. Paid with cash, but got no receipt. After a 3-1/2 mile drive home, discovered that the staff did NOT give me my complete order. I was missing MY WHOPPER SANDWICH!!! With the price of the sandwich being what it is, of a $19.11 order, I feel that I only got half of what I paid for.
