I just visited this burger King and the experience was terrible. Other than taking forever to record my order I was given my ordered fish in a chicken wrapper. I got out of the car to return it. I handed the sandwich to the mildly rude worker who gave it to the cook(?). He unwrapped the sandwich then rudely stated that it's a fish sandwich. I asked him how would I have known that? He said somehing else rude as I left. I then said that you're ignorant. He rushed from the cooking area to the counter and I ask me what I said. I repeated it. He made a move to come from behind the counter ro attack me. The worker who initially took my sandwich held him back. Ironically the manager who was ringing people up at the register said or did nothing. Is this how you all treat seniors? Despicable!!!

The first person I encountered at the counter was not very friendly.
Did not speak was on her cellphone with the earbuds in her ear. Then I noticed that people working in the back of. The store wearing gloves with their pants hanging down below their bualso wearing glove.
S using the gloves that they were handling the food with to pull their pants up. Not once did I see anyone change their gloves? Then then I was served. Cold fries and I asked for some fresh hot fries.
The one handling my order. Dropped new fries then gave most of the frogs that were new. Press to another customer. And I still ended up getting the cold fries in my order. Instead of serving me first, when the fries came up.
By the time I got my fresh fries, they were from the bottom and they were cold again.
And I asked for new fries once more. And the person had an attitude about it.

The food is what you expect from BK. The service is horrible, walkin drive thru both are very slow all the time.

Order for dine in and I was in line waiting to ready to order it took a while to come because they worried about the drivethru than dine in and one of the shift supervisor will come with a attitude and not to give a free sandwich with my reward until the manager shows up and give it to me and after I complete my order waited 10 minutes on my food

What a poor excuse for service we just received. Whatever woman was working the drive thru at around 11:15pm on 10/13/2024 needs to be taken off drive thru duty. She can’t work the window to save her life. When we pulled up to the window to order there was another car in front of us, something was wrong with their order & she was telling the kitchen, again seemed like a miscommunication between her inputting their order & it getting to the kitchen, but we’ll get to the cooks in a second. We know about this because she was yelling into the kitchen through the mic the whole time she didn’t turn it off. This was after she greeted us & we had started to order. She interrupted us a few more times to talk to them without turning her mic off for a good 2 minutes. Fries were old. Whopper was soggy like they’d had it prepped for a hot minute. I asked for no onions on my whopper because I have a mild allergy. That was on our receipt. When we got to the window & got our receipt the price seemed high so we looked, she charged us for an extra whopper. When we questioned it she asked us if we didn’t want it as if we had said we did, there were only two of us and we didn’t ask for it, hence us asking for a refund before even receiving our order. When I got my whopper 4 bites in there were 3 rings of onions on it I but right into them & now I have an itchy mouth. The kitchen can’t read a ticket either based off the customer before us & then our order. The refund itself took longer than necessary & the woman seemed extremely confused at first so a manager took it over & spent another 5-7 or so minutes trying to do it. I would say I would give zero stars, but the 1 star is for the younger kid at the window who gave us our drinks and made sure we got our refund. He was very sweet and professional and seemed to just be a victim of poor management. We will never be back to this location. That was ridiculous. & I hope that kid finds a place to work where his skills will be put to actual use. He should’ve worked the window, he seemed far more competent.

Lol fast food??? Nope 15 minute waiting for food, when I saw my food sitting in the warmer for 10 min. Trash everywhere on the floor/tables. Drive thru screens broken. How's the place open? Lmao waste of a building.

Every time I come here I wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes to an hour. Then I always have hope they'll have my order right but when I get home, after waiting a freaking hour, for "fast food", they always get my order wrong. Worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. Never going back here again!

Ordered via Kiosk and awaited for my food. When i picked up my food, I asked a staff member who was filling the ice bucket, could I please have 1 sweet and sour sauce? The lady handling the orders at the center said, that's 32 cents and my response (while taking out the sauce from the bag that was dropped in my an employee of BK), I don't want this sauce if I have to play. The BK lady working the center told me, don't worry about it.... Come on, were being picky over 1 packet of sauce. Now I see why the fast food industry is struggling.
