I can't give a zero star but I literally sat in a drive-thru for 25 minutes waiting for somebody to even come over the intercom to take my order they closed up a half an hour early and wouldn't even show up to the window I'll never come here again and I hope other people don't either

Very disappointed with this location. I came through the drive-thru around 8:45 PM, and the girl working at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful, with a very bad attitude.
On top of that, every time I order food from here, it’s never fresh. This has been a repeated issue, not a one-time experience.
Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. I won’t be coming back unless things change.

an African American kid (male) that works there in the afternoons always messes up my order. Today I ordered food off of Doordash in the middle of work and he messed up my food again. I had to drive there angry to get them to correct my order. He was arguing with the nice manager. He should be fired from his job. I am never going back there again until he gets fired.

The girl wouldn’t accept my bk corp free whopper coupon I got from taking the survey. She kept saying “we need a 6 digit code and we don’t take letters only numbers”. Now my coupon is going to expire. So ignorant.
