The most Interesting man in the world

Worst experience for a fast food burger king ever, and I'm almost 60 years old. If I could give negative stars for the rating I would. Ordered two burgers and fries. With were not only wrong, but cold. Both whoppers were to have no pickles, and no BS, they had extra pickles. The service was horrible, and to think these people truly believe they deserve $15.00 an hour. The best thing for this location is that it will close like it's white marsh mall counterpart did. I will NEVER SPEND ONE MORE CENT AT THIS LOCATION, and I recommend that you don't either!

I ordered take-out small onion rings and (2) whopper juniors, no pickles and no cheese. After waiting 10 minutes the manager gave me my food. I asked where were the onion rings, she proceeded to take (1) of the whopper Jr's. out of the bag, because it must have had cheese on it - gave the bag to the customer next to me. I had to wait another 10 minutes, got the whopper Jr's. still no onion rings. Once I received the onion rings I asked for (2) sauces and only received (1) like I was a problem (attitude). I made it home 15 minutes later..........cheese on both whopper juniors - go FIGURE!

The whopper bun was completely soaked and we could tell it had been sitting out all night and was just reheated. It was soggy and then you can’t even call to complain. The drive thru worker was polite, but the food was trash and it’s very disappointing to say the least.

Incredibly rude experience- no wonder local stores are closing. Ordered through drive through and was kept waiting for over 10 mins which isn’t a big deal but was given no indication what the wait was due to and cars were honking at me. Was then told to go to the back and my food would be brought out to me again with no indication of how long to wait. After waiting 15 minutes I finally knocked and buzzed on the back door with a young lady practically throwing my food at me- when asked to wait to ensure I got the right order she told me rudely that I would have to go to the front when this wasn’t my issue to begin with and their poor customer service. Then she slammed the door shut in my face. Attempted to submit a complaint on their website and that was faulty as well. Again no wonder Burger Kings are not doing well and closing- have no idea about providing any customer service at all.

Every single sauce I wanted was out of stock, & that’s something I like to know when placing my order. If I would’ve known that there would be no barbecue and no onion ring sauce.. I would’ve eaten elsewhere!

I stopped in after crossing bay bridge to eat. It's your typical BK menu. Nothing different. I didn't know jalapeno cost extra on burgers though
