Every time I go there my food is cold it's very irritating to get a cheeseburger and the cheese is not melted at all anybody with common sense knows that because the cheese didn't melt that means the burger wasn't hot somebody needs to go back and give their cook some training............. period

Just a regular-degular BK. They have a self-serve soda AND slushy machine inside (who doesn't like unlimited refills in this over-priced world of today? It's a deal!) The day I was there, the staff were cool, especially the young black man at the counter! He was super friendly (AND fine ?...which never hurts, lol)

Food was great, always go to this location until what happened. Whoever was the manager on monday, february 4th needs to be talked to. She was black and heavier set with a fat arm. I went to get a drive-thru order and got a large diet coke. I witnessed the person in front of me get a large drink and then returned it to the window with the straw in it instead and got a medium cup so I thought to myself that they got it wrong. When I pulled up, I got a large drink and noticed that the lid had already been poked through, most likely by the person in front of me. The manager didn't even give me a new one. Didn't say anything because I'm not trying to be 'that' customer holding everyone up. Shame on you (manager).
