If you HAVE to go to this one because it's the closest, go for it. If you are able to go to the one at 4100 Pulaski Highway. I have only been thru the Drive Thru so I don't know how everything is on the inside of either of these places. I order through the app to get better deals that are exclusive to the BK app. I just wanted a good sandwich without breaking the bank. I'm sorry I can't afford more. I feel everytime I drive up and say I am doing a pickup for my name I get the non verbal attitute that I did something wrong. At both locations. Just plain rude. I am not above you. I just had some extra cash I was able to get a decent hamburger. Teach staff who deal with customers to fake hospitality at least. It goes a long way.
I believe her badge name said nicole if i'm correct or something with an N, but she was really rude. She threw my change across the counter at me, told me that the dining room was closed to sit down and eat but it was before 8pm. It was about 7:32pm. Her customer service was really nasty, she acted liked she didn't wanna work. Burger King got do better, we spending our money there to get treated like that and by managers at that.

It’s a short chocolate supervisor w glasses.. I love her. She keeps this spot running smoothly. The whole crew really. & The GIRL w the Short cut. HE is so pretty to me & nice. I love when HE ring me up. But DEFINITELY GLOVES! WEAR GLOVES!

I walk to the Burger King on Orleans Street. It was 8: 20pm they was already closed for the day. They said I couldn't go through the drive-thru because I didn't have a car. I gave someone who pulled up my money to order me a sandwich and some cookies. They told him they knew the order was for me and he could not do that. So he drove around and asked me to get in the car and he would drive me through the drive-thru. They still didn't want to do that but they went ahead and made my order. When the guy went through the drive-thru the first time for me they sent some big young boy that stands about 6 ft something out there. But I ran to the other side because I'm 55 years old and I did't know what he was going to do. The rude workers claim that because they knew I walked up no one that drove up could get anything for me. They said it's in their policy. Burger King needs to do better.

Just moved to Baltimore and just found myself exploring the new locale...hit up BK...found the service top notch and the location not overly crowded...will add to my new fast food spots...

Don't go to that place. I went on January 15 to buy that was between 9 and 10. The cashier stole my card information and was making purchases with my card. They spent 230 dollars on me. They are thieves.

Their menu is not for you if you're a health nut.but if you're just trying to get a bite to eat then they fit the bill.

I saw "open 24 hours" signs all over this place thinking it was a convenience. It was not, it was a warning. If you go through drive through, expect to be stuck in that line for 24 hours.

I go to this location often, the staff are very professional, even when it's super crowded, it's worth the wait, they have very great management, that are young adults, from the community, french toast sticks, and the $5 meal is my favorite

They literally stole my money. I ordered the $5 meal deal whopper jr., no mayo, a lemonade and honey mustard. My order came to $5.30. When I checked my account that night I had 2 charges 1 for order #10294 ($5.30) and another for an order number #2518 for ($27.16). The second order $27.16 was not placed by me. The boy at the window was literally flirting with me instead of doing his job and charged me for someone else food or food of his own and that is unacceptable to play with peoples money like that. This location doesn’t even have a working number to contact someone about it and no one on their “customer service” team has done anything to help. Mind you they have always messed up the order my order the three times that I have been here and the customer service sucks. Please refund me my money how did I go from paying for a $5 meal deal to paying $33? Also on my account the charges show up separately and the one I did not authorize has a weird https link attached to it. I want my money back and that man needs to be fired. Also if I had already placed my order why would I come to the window and make a whole separate order that totals $27? I could’ve ordered all that in the begging through the speaker. Please be careful with you card information at this location. I recommend just using the app if you do go here. Additionally I had got rid of the receipt because i’m not thinking i’m going to need a receipt for a $5 order. This is ridiculous honestly

Daughter went for a interview i feel like they discriminated against her the 3 other people that went got hired and she had lots of is credentials that there is no way she should not been hired.
