Very slow and worst drive thru service. Even after going to pick up they asked us to go and stand in the parking and somebody will come with the food. 4-5 more cars were waiting before me as well.

I just left the Burger King on Orleans Street, ordered an original chicken sandwich & whopper . The original chicken sandwich is burnt, fried to hard to eat. The burger meat wasn’t fully cooked

This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had with Burger King. I am not a breakfast person and was running behind on time. I pills through the drive through at 8am and the lady decides to lie and tell me that they don’t provide lunch in the morning and that’s for all locations. Bold face lie when Burger King is known for it. I go to Eastern Avenue and the location in Parkville and have been for years and never had a problem. She was rude when I asked her questions and avoided coming to the window when I had questions as to why I could not get lunch. This place needs to be shut down for this will stop me from eating at Burger King all together.

I use DoorDash a lot and I spend over $40 anytime I had ordered and some how they always forget 50% of my order it never fails this store suck you should be able to choose a store 0 stars for me

At the drive thru windows paying for my food, the young dude with a short bush that was making sandwiches..was standing on the line...with no gloves ...scratching his arms and then scratching his hair! I was disgusted! I hope he didn't make my sandwich with no gloves on!! I really hate fast food!!!

This location is okay if you want something quick to eat but overall it's not better than the other Burger King locations. My last order I got a half cooked chicken sandwich which isn't hard to make since it's processed, very disappointing. I will not be coming to this location anymore because the employees doesn't act like they enjoy what they do and the waiting time for food is ridiculous.
