The person who work at the drive thru Sunday 7/18/21 on Eastern Ave had no gloves on when she handle my fries and then slam the window, had to get out of my car and go inside. Never again!!!!!!

I called before placing my order to cofirm they had what I wanted I ordered using the app and they did not give the driver all the food so he did not deliver all of the food and when I call now they never answer the phone I thought the 3 star rating was probably not accurate but now I understand why the rating is so low

This location has really gone downhill over the past few months. Started with an item or two missing - which I would never have sweated, but this last order was completely incorrect and took an hour for delivery. While I enjoy the food offered by BK, I cannot recommend this location at all. There are plenty of other locations in the city, use them instead.Added: Almost immediately after reaching out to BK, I was refunded for my order. Thank you for that. I still feel that this particular location needs to set up their standards.

This place is garbage. I waited 20 minutes in the drivethru with 4 cars in front of me, only 1 car was served. I wasn't even able to place an order because no one would answer at the drivethru.This was not the first time this has happened. It's like the people that work here are just wholly incompetent at the most basic of skills and industries. Avoid this place if you can, you won't be served.

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT IN DRIVE THRU..... Drive thru employee not only forgot my Whopper after a 20 min wait but also left the window without telling anyone! Will NOT be going back!

This place was my last resort to get breakfast in Fells Point. It is Memorial Day weekend and everything is closed. I waited for about twenty minutes to buy two eggnormous burritos. I guess they give priority to people in the drive-through line and there was only one guy in the kitchen. The customer service was bad too, but it does not surprise me at all considering that fast food restaurant chains do not care much about meeting customer’s expectations.
I went through the drive-thru April 22nd about 12:45 I ordered two chicken sandwiches too small fries I got to the checkout I asked him for salt he said yes it's in the bag I said are you sure yes it's in the bag I pull out of drive-thru I open my chicken sandwich first of all the chicken sandwich is cold and burnt then the roll is hard then I find out there's no salt in the bag these people over there need to get it together and how about wearing some gloves when you're working around food that's a big safety issue especially with covid I will avoid this one in the near I will avoid this one in the near future

The women both at the window and the manager who approached the window were excessively rude for no reason when I asked for my shake to be remade claiming "there ain't no damn other way to make a chocolate shake". Thankfully a level headed fellow approached the drive thru and got me a chocolate shake with extra chocolate. These women don't deserve their positions as service people if they don't want to actually service people. I have never had anyone fly off the handle like that about extra chocolate in my shake. I actually prefer BK because McDonald's doesn't do extra chocolate.
