I’ve never left a review for anywhere before. This BK was so amazing. So clean, employees were so incredible and sweet and helpful. So nice. There’s so many crappy BKs in the area that can also be sketchy unfortunately if you’re a woman, especially alone at night. We felt very safe at this one and the employees hooked us up.

It's a Burger King, but it was the cleanest, most welcoming BK I have been in for a long time. I work for the city and honestly popped in mostly to use the restroom. Since I respect that BK is a business I bought some chicken fries that they held up front for me while I used the facilities.
I was greeted by a friendly gentleman and on my way to the RR noticed how clean and orderly the dining room was. Perfectly centered crowns on every table. The RR was clean and well stocked too.
I just want to praise the people who are taking pride in their work over there. You will continue to get my business.

My friend and I ordered food from the restaurant this morning and they did not listen to the requests she had asked for no cheese on her burger and got heavy cheese and now she's very sick when she called to complain the manager was very inconsiderate I would recommend not ordering from drive to but going into the restaurant so that you can make sure that your order is done right this place used to be very considerate and I'm not sure what happened
Dietary restrictions: To be honest with you they do have dietary restrictions but I feel that the workers don't really follow them
This has to be by far one of the most disgusting horrible experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Reasons why this place is still open and running. I am not certain, but I do think the health department needs to be called and also I think the staff there needs to be either trained properly or simply let go. The level of unprofessionalism will literally blow your socks off. Sadly, I feel that there’s something else going on there other than the rude customer service. I’m just glad I did not give them my debit card to pay for a meal. If you’re going to eat there, please be mindful that the surfaces there are not clean properly and could contain all types of bacteria that might cause you harm not to mention staff not properly washing their hands for 20 seconds. I also observe staff that were very animated in their conversations With obvious body fluids flying out of their mouths, landing on food that they’re preparing. Seeing one staff member scratching and then directly touching food with nails that were beyond the acceptable length for food prep. I observed and saw all of this within a span of three minutes. I was disgusted and had to refuse my order and walk away. From the Burger King located at 1735 Washington Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21230. My next step is to call the Baltimore city health department and also the Better Business Bureau. Credit cards skimmers are easily concealed. Also, with a lack of proper management and supervision, all sorts of criminality can take place. From staff skimming your credit card, charging you for things you didn’t purchase and not preparing foods in the most hygienic fashion.

The reason why I am only giving three stars is because the sandwiches were not put together in a neat fashion and it was very little lettuce on the sandwich. We asked for no pickles and pickles were on both sandwiches.

I was waiting in the drive thru, there was one car ahead of of me it was 1235. They served the customer That wa in front of me, then when is my turn to order, they told me they just took the last order. The website says they’re open till 1 AM. I have Too many different restaurant chains my entire life, as most of us have, and usually when they say 1 AM it means they serve up until 1 AM. This is not the first problem I’ve had at this Burger King, they also refused to take my reward points, or my Promo code.

I want give a huge massive shout out to Christine and her crew. I have never ever been in a Burger King that is as clean as her store is. From the time I walked in the door, thru the store and back to the bathrooms, this store was immaculate. I said to myself that surely the bathrooms would be a little dirty due to the store's location. The bathroom was spotless but what I found amazing was the stainless steel of the sink, toilets, all the plumbing and hand dryer was mirror like. The food service is fast and correct. Thank you so much Christine and crew. Ya'll rock. Outstanding job from start to finish.
