I was excited to try canton pretzel store, but my experience was soured by the rude employee who served me. They were dismissive and, impatient. While the product itself was subpar, the poor customer service ruined my visit. I won't be visiting again nor do I recommend it.

Quick service. Affordable. 9/10 convenience. List a point because they don’t accept card.Good cinnamon sugar ratio. Not dry but not overwhelming. Soft bite and a good size. They serve it to you in a sheet of foil. 9/10.The bars are usually jumping at night, so you’ll have to walk by drunk people, blaring music, and more to get here. We had a drunk guy interaction and about 2 more random interactions. Not the most peaceful, but I don’t hate the scene when it’s active.

Cutest little to go pretzel stand/shop, you order from the sidewalk. There is no seating, the customer service is outstanding and it's best if you bring cash to pay with, due to the prices being great and being low. It definitely gives city vibes and will be going back for more!

The best pretzels around, parking can be hard to find on a busy night but well worth it. Make sure you bring cash as they don't take cards and double check the hours as they are only open Thursday - Saturday.
