I just went to this restaurant and the staff didn't greet me in any way. I sat at a table and a rude man came up to me. He raised his voice at me and I told him he didn't speak English, and he was racist. He was disrespectful. Someone was sitting at the table before me, and they brought me back their leftover crabs, and after I realized this, they reacted to me. It's a very racist restaurant. I felt that way and I will be filing a complaint against them. It's a complete disgrace.

Usually have a great time here but recently I have been left with hollow crabs drinks with barely any liquor and stating that I would be charged for butter when the butter was already small to begin with. The crabs came out salty and cold.Service could be better it feels like everytime I come it gets worse and worse but I will not be back. Let’s not forget I found a bug in my food

Listen, if I still had a MySpace, Captain James would definitely be in my Top 8!!! The all you can eat crab was AMAZING, corn was super sweet, and soup was fantastic!! And you can’t beat the harbor view atmosphere!

Crab shack has a nice view get there early if you don’t want to wait. My waitress went MIA a few things but nothing too serious. Gratuity is included on all checks just an fyi.

t was my first time, but I was sure everything would be excellent — from the parking to the warm welcome and the staff. We had crab cake and crab boil — OMG, it was exquisite! The male blue crabs were huge and full of meat.
We ordered one dozen — there were four adults, and we ate and still had leftovers.
Delicious! I loved it.

Excellent service. Not a fan of the house salad dressing. Will order Ceasar next time.

Fantastic crabs here! This was my first time eating crab straight from… the crab and they were delicious. They came out hot and incredibly well seasoned. I also have to shoutout those hush puppies which were to die for. I could probably eat an entire order by myself. I was also happy to be eating outside! Be warned though: eating crabs is not a quick affair

I tried all you could eat crabs, they tasted like they were frozen, then reheated. Our server kept disappearing, so we would have to ask another server for drinks. They Maryland crab soup and the wings were awesome.

It’s a great location and they even have a parking lot, even if it is cramped. The outdoor seating is nice and quiet, right on the water next to a small boat slip. The problems start with the menu and lack of communication. The only price on the entire menu is the AYCE crabs price, everything else is a mystery unless you specifically ask. The prices for the Clams, mussels, and AYCE crabs were good ($10, $10, and $48). I also ordered 6 oysters and was charged $21, they were basic local oysters you’d pay $1.5pr anywhere else and yet the waiter didn’t think it was important to say anything about the ridiculous price. They also charged $18 for 6 chicken wings and $2 per bottle of water when they apparently don’t offer tap, again the waiter never mentioned we were being charged $2 per bottle of water. After all that they tack on an automatic 20% tip. In my opinion they are intentionally up charging for stuff and not including prices on the menu, so they can afford to offer AYCE crabs at a good price. The place was nice, I just felt misled.

The portions were kinda small for their price. My bowl of soup was much smaller than most places I've been to.

Cream of crab soup was good despite its size.

Mussels were tiny.

Calamari wasn't that great.

I didnt care for the fries.

I liked my sangria.

The people next to me were eating crabs with gloves on. Like heathens.

The sweet corn was really good though.

According to to Google, sweet corn is ok for Ducks to have. So I had 4 ears, which I shared with the ducks, mostly the babies, on the next pier.

I would take a bite for me, and then take a bite to throw to the babies.

I love the duckies.

Grab an ear of corn for your kids and go feed the duckies.

Around 2:15 on a Suunday, lots of avail tables. Promptly greeted. Servers were nice. No AYCE crabs on Sunday, but ordering a dozen came to about the same price. We did get XL crabs dozen($140). Seasoned well. Crab dip in bread bowl, wings, & hand cut fries were all good. The fries could def be shared between 2-4 people. Water is by the bottle & not free here($2). Free & ample parking. All in all a nice place for crabs in the city.

First time here on July 4th—went to the restaurant side (ship-like design) which had air conditioning! Joyce was our server—super cool and attentive. Steamed Crabs XL-size were $140 a dozen—a bit pricey but the crabs were delicious and full of meat! Corn on the cob was sweet and the French Fries were okay. We got two dozen of the XL crabs and it was TOO much for 3 ppl. But we enjoyed it so much that we brought our family here again the next day!! Next day, they only had 1.5 dozen left of the XL crabs when we arrived for lunch—the host was able to put a hold for us to have all of that, as we were getting seated, so nice of him! For appetizers, Clam Chowder, Cream of Crab, Hush Puppies and Captain’s Waffle Fries were all good. Cocktails were great too. Service was great—of course, we asked for Joyce!

Also, had a chance to go to the other part of the restaurant, by the water—the Crabhouse. It’s more casual and outdoor so it’s hot. Had some drinks at the bar—Mike and Roman were super cool bartenders! Fun vibes here.

Crabs were ok, customer service sucked, also the prices online are not accurate for crabs when you get to the location it’s 20$ more, we notified the manager he was nonchalant and didn’t really care or offer use the online price . Won’t be back
