Caribbean food is so hard to find made well in this area -- to no surprise given how far away the Caribbean is. This is the first Caribbean restaurant which I enjoyed, and I've tried most in the state I'd wager. It's homemade soul food that can be healthy (if you select the right sides😉). Pricing and value is outstanding. Unfortunately, Baltimore doesn't lend itself to the best atmosphere though, but what are you going to do 😂🙏.
The food is absolutely delicious here and reasonably priced for the quality and serving size. Service is always friendly, and the woman who's usually taking the orders is super sweet. Just a heads-up, this is not a dine-in place, as the lobby is quite small. Also, they are cash only, but there's a Wells Fargo across the street.
If I carried cash with me more often I would be in here everyday. I haven’t visited in a few years but had cash on me today and decided to stop by. Their food is still so good and fresh and the service is phenomenal. If you want authentic Caribbean food at an affordable price, look no further!
