Sunday we shopped the area and decided to grab a beer and sit outside and soak up some early March sunshine. After a while we decided to grab something light to eat to split it. What a surprise, Carroll and Son offer (what I would call) a falafel burger. It was really good and large enough to split for two. The "burger" had the right amount and variety of condiments to make it tasty. Not so light but delicious, we added tater tots to complete our midday snack.

The service was super friendly and really fast, the food was reasonably priced and extremely delicious. Loved the decorations (my brother and I reminisced about the McDonald's transformers we used to have). I also loved being able to order the Fugazi.

Small quick service counter in Union Brewing. Food comes out fast. Theoretically convenient. Not much in the way of veg*n options. Be warned- apparently the Italian dressing on their hummus wrap even has cheese in it? In a pinch, it’s sustenance. And that’s cool. But vegans like good food, too.

As a fanatic of Pioneer in Catonsville, the pit beef (thin sliced + medium rare ?) at Carroll & Son does not disappoint! The smash burger was also scrumptious. We would order both again on a heartbeat. ❤️ Tots + fries were well seasoned and crispy, but the tots were my preference. Service early on Friday was way faster than anticipated and portions had us stuffed. ?Carroll & Son is the new spot on our rotation when we are craving some bomb a$$ food. If you have not come here, it's ? worth booking it to.

Had my 60th birthday party there out in the main hall. Carroll & Son was so helpful. They reserved a few tall tables for our group and provided absolutely wonderful food and service. We pre-ordered from their appetizer menu. We were served wings with golden barbecue that were fall-of-the bone, finger-licking GREAT! They had a large food warmer and kept bringing them out, as requested. They provided a very large bowl with crunchy, multi-colored carrots and cucumbers with some of the BEST hummus we have ever had (made onsite). We also had homemade tortilla chips and homemade salsa. Everything was so fresh and tasty. A perfect set up, great beers, lots of fun with friends and family. Thank you so much for a great party!! Kid- friendly. Easy parking in large lot, no steps needed for my elderly parents. Overall awesome place![We also recommend the nachos, which we enjoyed on a separate occasion. I can't wait to go back and try more yummy foods.]

Best actual smash-burger around. The Double Dez is two smash patties crispy and lacy around the edges, loaded up with melted American cheese, burger sauce, pickles, onions, and lettuce on a toasted bun. Fast service provided the place isn't slammed, and they'll bring your food to your seat.

Best lunch I have had in a minute! Ordered the hot honey old bay wings, and the fry on them was crispy and the chicken was super juicy - they were delicious! I also had the shrimp salad sandwich special and it was seasoned perfectly - such a great sandwich on a summer day! My husband had the hidden valley ranch chicken salad BLT special and said that was delightful as well! Great atmosphere in the taproom and fabulous service! Love this place!

Get the burger. And the stoner fries. And the pit beef. And that fried hot dog with the cowboy chili and the cheese sauce and onions. Also, get the Szechuan chicken wings with extra rub if you want your face to feel like old school television static but in a good way. The Pixies rule.
