ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! The workers seem to not understand how to activate the rewards system. Since joining the CAVA rewards, I have purchased about six bowls at $11 each pretax. According to CAVA, that means I should have about 600 points in my account. I only have 100 points from the very first bowl that I scanned. Every time I’ve gone into the store I’ve scanned it before I pay, and the employee watches and says nothing. Recently, I checked my account and saw that the only registered purchase was from the very first scan on my account. I didn’t think to keep the receipts because I just expect the points to be added from scan. Now when I’ve reached out to CAVA support, they tell me that I need my receipt in order to get the points. I sent them a screenshot of my credit card purchase history at CAVA and that is not good enough. I won’t be back.

After waiting nearly 40 minutes the food
I was decent but the service was horrible. This is the worst Cava location I have ever been to and will never go to again. The “manager” got into a shouting match with a customer and followed him out to his car. The way she was talking to the employees was disgusting. I hope they do something about this because this is bad for business.

It’s hit or miss at this place. When I was last there, the soda drink stall was not producing drinkable drinks, and the chicken was slightly cold in my pita. I would give this place 3 stars but this hit-or-miss nature of this place is a constant thing, it loses a star.

Chips were so salty we had to rinse and re air fry them when I got home. Staff looked bothered and upset we were ordering food. For 38 dollars for take out this is not ok. Please do better for our community. Possibly offer unsalted chips not everyone likes seasoning on there pita.

We order from here a lot through Door Dash and notice that with this location items are constantly out of stock and a couple of times they either never prepared the order or it took them 40+ minutes to make it.

This place is amazing ! The staff is super friendly and the food was delicious! I ordered a garlic chicken Pita with a lemonade . Good ! The second time I went the chicken was burnt bad , the guy just bought it out ! I wish I knew because I would said something right then and there . He needs to be off the grill !

I wanted to share the disappointing experience my family at this location. It was my mom’s first time visiting. The associate, who I later learned was the manager, was not welcoming and seemed eager to rush us along.
When it was my turn to order, I requested double rice, with a salad and was told it would be an extra charge. I asked for a second scoop of rice (since the first was very small), and was again told there would be an additional charge. We moved on to the next associate and asked for avocado, and the associate at the register was instructed to charge us for it. When I requested a small side of corn (because I couldn’t eat a corn but my husband would), the associate proceeded to serve it in a large container instead of the small one.
At the cashier, I inquired about the charge for the corn, and the response was unhelpful. The associate then transferred the corn from a large container to small one without gloves. I found this unsanitary and concerning.
After the exchange, I requested to receive a store card to email the operating manager. As I honestly rather not speak to Aug***, the manager again. I just wanted to leave while leaving she proceeded to talk about me to the other associates and in front of another customer in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. Stating, “ I bet she just going to leave a review”. It escalated to the point where my husband had to get involved. Might I add we had to clean our own tables a bunch of dirty tables everywhere. So as promised here’s the review that was mention I’ll give.
