Coffee here is always great (overpriced like the rest of them, but great). But let's get into the customer service!!! I will certainly return here for the barista, Charlie. He was hilarious, warm, engaging, informative, everything you want in a barista. It really felt like family the minute we walked in, so I will be back!!Also, they had some fun and witty holiday drinks that were delicious!! "Gettin Figgy With It" "Who Let the Nog Out," and "Glen Coco" were our favs.

Great, 5 star atmosphere. It's light-filled with a strong welcoming coffee aroma. I purchased a hot mocha that was lukewarm at best. Staff was ok... not friendly, not rude, just there.

Nice open layout coffee shop with lots of cool coffee related items. They have good service and it’s a nice calm space in the busy cross street market. The avocado toast and chai lattes were great. Probably the best coffee shop in the immediate cross street market area.

My family and I visited this place on a whim before the Raven's game and were pleasantly surprise. It was clean, everyone pleasant, and we enjoyed our beverages. We will be back on our next visit to b-more.

Orderd 16oz but gave me 12oz and she just put it again into a 16oz, not making a new one. This is a totally dfferent drink because of the syrup amount. She was just talking to her friend not focusing on the coffee. Bad barista not even want to call her as a barista.
Drink was delicious but took an extraordinary amount of time to make. Enough time for me to walk from cross street to camden yards if I wanted.But worse was, the employee was eating the entire time while working. She would pick at a plate on the side bar and constantly eat while making drinks.I stopped coming here awhile ago but decided to give another go - wrong idea.
