The new building hasn't taken away any of the charm or quality of food from this location. The service has improved in both speed and quality. There's a lot more seating and the environment has been dragged into the modern era.Enjoy a pit beef sandwich with your choice of fixings at their condiment bar. For me it's pickles, onions, and their golden BBQ sauce all the way.While the original Chaps building was a throwback to a bygone era the new one is an homage to enjoying BBQ and quality time with friends and family. I love their pit beef sandwiches and am looking forward to coming back to this location every time I pass through Baltimore.

Parking: I've been going for years the food is always a 10. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The new build is very clean and beautiful. If my family is not sure what we want we choose Chaps hands down top 10 favorite places to eat in Baltimore.
