Found a long hair in my sub yesterday while dinning in. Please invest in hair nets for your employees!!!!!! Disgusting!

I used to love this place but idk if I can go back😐there was a gnat in my strawberry lemonade.At first glance I thought it was part of a strawberry so im steady drinking it but then I look closer as the strawberries fall to the bottom and it was a gnat. I literally threw up and I feel more sick writing this.

Excellent staff, especially the woman who took my order, she had a great attitude. Makes me want to come back because of the staff.

Quick service good food

I visited Charleys Cheesesteaks and I absolutely loved it! Everything was delicious, fresh, and hot — just perfect! The place was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was quick. A special thanks to my server Bri — she was super friendly, kind, and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was good employees did look at us like why are we here but the food was good.

I've only had delivery but the chicken cheese steak is sooo good it always on a buy one get one deal. Ultimate fries are a meal in itself. Love them. The cheese steak sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. Top notch taste and portions

Usually the food is pretty good, but you will be waiting for it. Prepare to be in drive thru for 15-20 minutes even if you are the only one in line. But their California Chicken sub is worth the wait for me. Fries are generic, mozzarella sticks are surprisingly really good, and the fruit lemonades are all good.

Second visit to this location and their sauce choices are basic, nothing spicy though its on the ad board. Upgraded to large lemonade with 6 wings and fries meal, cost $15...
Staff were friendly enough on both trips though 🙂
