First time eating here, I had the Cheesesteak with bacon, I wasn't impressed at all the sandwich was very dry. They need to come up with sauce's to go along with their sandwichesI've had much better cheesesteaks at other placesI was disappointed.

Very expensive for what you get. I think you are paying for the nice box they pack it in. The sub looks great but somewhat bland in flavor.A WAWA 10 inch cheese steak hoagie blows it out of water at nearly half the price. The person who took my order was extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with and a great multi-tasker.

Claims to open at 1030, at 1046 they finally opened and told us we need to wait 20 minutes for the cooks to be ready if we want to order food. Have gone here 10 times and have yet to receive decent service.Edit 10/5, Manager Alex Doe claims Charley's employees have stopped asking people to pull down past the drive thru speed metrics to get better times and offered me $5 off to get me off the phone. I returned here today and was told my single cheesesteak order was going to take awhile and I needed to pull down. You realize the cars behind me can't leave and they will incur my time spent waiting on your metrics right? Why make it awkward for everyone? Is it because order accuracy is so poor that you think we won't come back around the drive-thru because you ran away after handing a bag over the railing?
