Charleys Cheesesteaks

Kid-friendliness: This is actually pretty good a lot better than the cheesesteaks in Philly....No I'm not just saying it to be saying it. I'm a real foodie so I just love good food and service . I been to a couple places in Philly including Angelo's south Philly which was decent but Charleys got them best. So I'm confused about the ratings and should be a lot higher.

Be careful of their false advertising. Lemonade isn’t considered a drink so you can’t get it at as part of a deal that includes drinks. Don’t know what you’re supposed to do with it if not drink it.

It's just okay. Sandwiches look good but the time to get your food makes you not want it. Fries with toppings were good.

This is the worst place to get food from in Security Mall. The 3 haspanic workers don't like Black people. Sitting in the food court eating my food and talking to family. You see how the male keeps trying to stare and intimidated me. But he seen I wasn't going for it. THEY were being NASTY and RUDE to all the customers BLACK PEOPLE.

Whoever makes the orders needs to be fired ASAP. They completely missed every single side order (fries, large watermelon strawberry lemonade) and toppings (banana peppers, hot pepper relish, ketchup and mayo). The cheesesteak itself cost $17 not including tax. Fries were an additional $2.50 and the drink $5. This place is complete trash.

Ordered a cheesesteak combo from here for the first time through DoorDash and was highly disappointed. For one they forgot my ultimate fries with my order and then the sandwich itself was very disappointing. The bread was so soggy that as soon as I lifted it up the whole thing fell apart. The chicken was also not on the whole sandwich only on half of it leaving veggies on the other side. I’ve been to many Charley's and never had a bad experience until this one. I am not one to write a review but the quality of the food and missing item just made me mad.Definitely never ordering from here again.

Got the order completely wrong and staff was argumentative when brought the issue. It’s crazy bc I go there all the time and have never had a problem. Won’t be returning

STOLE MY MONEY.I DoorDashed from here and was missing half of my order. Tried to call and it said their line was busy. Therefore my service experience from here was trash.

It's a bitter sweet good rating. I ordered online and they are faster than the traffic I had to beat through. I am sure they were delicious 20 mins before I got there. It is also in a Mall so take parking into consideration when factoring in your ETA.
