If you want your code scanned for points; they don't have that system no more at this location. She leaned on the counter the entire time she took my order. After I placed my order it took almost 20 mins to receive it. A young lady was waiting for only a order of fries way before me and had a looong wait as well.
This place is just terrible. I'm pretty much a forgiving and patient person, but when I went in to place an online order and got back into my car, I found out that the buffalo wings had no sauce. At that point, I was confused. I went back into the store and thought MAYBE they forgot to mix in the sauce. But no, the worker explained they were out of buffalo sauce. Okay, WHY was this not disclosed to me when I picked up the order??? It is mind-boggling. My entire order was nearly $30 for wings, a small sub, fries, and a drink which is already a bit much. I nearly went home with bare, naked chicken wings. Unacceptable, and I will not be back. And the workers kept going back and forth outside and to the smoothie place for seemingly no reason. Also, wearing slippers and slides for a restaurant position??

Placed a order with the app. Somehow the address pin was sent out in the water for my address for delivery. Tried calling the store 11 times. No one picked up. Called DoorDash, since the driver delivered to a business park 4 miles away from me. They ever tried calling the store, but again no one would answer. Now trying to find out how I can get a refund, since the driver delivered to the wrong place, even though I tried call her and texting as well. Address in the app is correct for my home address, so not sure where the mess up came from.

I ordered my food to be picked up by a specific time I arrive early assuming it would be almost don't but the food was done early which I would say is good if the philly cheese steak wasn't soggy, both mine and a friend's cheese fries tasted weird and was more on the salty
