I gave this place another try, but it still isn’t good for the price. The chai is basically milk. (I guess I shouldn’t expect a good chai from here haha) but also nobody is ever friendly. Very disappointing! I always smile and ask people how they are, and the workers seem like they do not want you there in the slightest. I much more prefer adees down the street!

This place made my whole day better. Brooke the barista was awesome and kind, the vibe of the place was chill and retro, the bathroom was super cleans, and THE FOOD! I got the breakfast sandwich with sausage and bacon on chiabatta and I cannot speak highly enough of the preparation. The meat is super high quality and each half of the sandwich has its own real egg, its own sausage patty and three pieces of bacon. The bread was crispy and delicious. It was worth every single penny. The warm words of encouragement from Brooke for my upcoming cancer treatment was definitely an added perk! Seven and a half stars out of five, will be back soon.

I walked by here often and finally decided to give it a try. I got the Chesapeake burger without the bacon. I picked it up for Take Out. The burger with the crab dip was amazing. The fries were also very good. The kitchen did a great job and the staff was friendly! I will definitely come back here!

We had great sandwiches on ciabatta, one veggie and one Italian sausage. They came with house chips which were delicious! It was late in the afternoon so they were out of bagels and croissants so next time we will stop by earlier!

I kept walking past this place on my morning walks and finally decided to give it a try. I’ve been back twice in the last week. It’s what the neighborhood needs. Great food, clean atmosphere, and fast service. I love Charmed Kitchen and if you’re new to the area I would give it a shot! I really hope they open up a location near Eager Park 🦋

The kitchen staff ALWAYS makes delicious food - but the café area can be hit or miss. Some days I have a great coffee and other days I'm not sure what I'll get. The vibes are always good, staff is always friendly and me and my husband/kid love to walk over and just grab a quick 6-pack and wine on the weekend.
