Very disappointed ,I ask for milk tea mango and young lady name jayden give me mango tea ,she refused to exchange for the one I'm asking in first time ,very rude personal ,so I decided to leave the place and leave the tea and I said you can have it ,and she said ok ..no drink no money 👎👎

This was the worse taro milk tea I’ve ever had. I usually get taro milk tea at other places but wow worse one. There was some chunks in there and very thick. Not good.

Always good service and the buns are great, I love the bbq pork and my lady loves the chicken and sausage!! If you don't know about the things they serve I have had good service with explanations and never had an issue, I would sometimes sit outside and they would bring my food out to me!

Fast service

I've never had bad service here. I love all of the girls ( i've never seen a man working the counter). Also, every time I walk in there, they're playing the K Pop group stray kids. One of my absolute favorite bands. I would apply there in a heartbeat, just for the music alone.

Huge selection of bubble tea. Good if you are looking for sweet fruity drinks. Been to this location a few times and would only visit again if there isn’t other bubble tea option in the area.

Lychee yogurt and tiramisu milk tea are alright, bubble are pretty typical. The strawberry au pair was disappointing, the crushed ice are coarse and not the smooth icey drink I was expecting like other bubble tea place. HK milk tea is lacking the strong tea flavor.

I was trying to get a peach QQ like I usually do because I’m a regular customer and I usually get that. But when I got my drink it was a grapefruit QQ, I wasn’t mad I just went back over and asked to get a peach QQ because that’s what I asked for. And they immediately accused me, saying that wasn’t what I asked for and giving me attitude. I try and defuse the situation saying that I asked for a peach and they must have just misheard me but they continued to say stuff while they made me the one I asked for and the cashier even was glaring at my mother because she was trying to defend me since I’m not very confrontational. Overall the experience was not very pleasant to say the least.
