Normal drink, Super POOR manager!!!Drink and Atmosphere is like any other normal shop. Seems only one here and that’s why you’d probably buy it if you liked bubble tea. However, the service made the whole experience became poor, it even affect the drink itself. It’d probably be okay if there is simply ordering but once you found our something wrong with your drink. This is the whole nightmare starts. The staff seems only response Robots so it is still acceptable. However once you get to the manager then she simply response this is our policy that you’ve to check the drink on the spot even you didn’t even drink it yet and definitely none of their responsibility once you leave their shop thought the drink is not even drink yet.

Got a large Matcha red bean milk tea today. Because I always get this order from chattime. First time ordering this drink at this location. Got it, went home, and tried it and the entire drink was sour. Tasted like sour milk. Don’t know if the red beans was bad or the milk they used for the matcha. Either way. Be careful when ordering from this location. Had to throw away the entire order and I added double red beans and a large. So buyer beware !!! Now I have food poisoning.

I order online pretty often and the girls here are the sweetest and always make me the best drinks . They know my name and have it ready for me when I walk through the door.And the actual milk tea itself is delicious, and I’m a boba die hard. Never had any complaints since making this place my new spot for a regular treat!

Average place but I give it a 3 because the price was same/lower than the last few bubble places I've been...AND the girl behind the counter suggested the sour green POPs along wit the traditional tapioca black pearls Perfect! Tks for the recommendation, hope other places offer it as an option in the future Small in and out, no place to sit and sip...you order, step to the side, get your drink, and go At 8p, as I was leaving, another customer came in to order, and was told they were out of pearls. I'm not sure how you run out of one of the most popular ingredients, on a Tuesday night, an hour before closing, and when the "mall" is virtually empty of folk. But perhaps deliver day is Wednesday? But I thought that was weird

The environment is great. My family and i love to have different varieties of boba and always look forward to trying something new. The location is also great and it’s always worth the drive.
Really bad service, I ordered hot drinks but they gave me cold drinks, then they got mad when I made the correction, and they made me wait 10 more minutes and they made dirty looks, really bad service I don’t recommend it..

Never had a mango milk tea the color of coffee and definitely have never had a mango milk tea that was not sweet but sour instead.
My go to spot when I just want a quick Bubble Tea fix. Nothing special about the service as they just want to get you in and out. So when you go here dont have any expectations except to satisfy your quick fix...

I asked for taro milk tea they gave me milk in tea . Literally it was not made right , I want a refund . Please make the taro milk tea right and not like a smoothie. It was griddy and had little flavor . Then my sister got boba and her boba was flavorless , Had no flavor . Most of the boba was SMASHED . Thanks for your time .
