this is the second time my order arrived missing items. I ordered a burger, fries, coke, and banana shake, but I only received the burger and fries. This is totally unacceptable, especially since it has happened before. Please look into why this keeps happening and resolve it as soon as possible.They don’t even pick up their phone.Worst

The guy who works at night is very rude, I placed my order 30 minutes in advance and when I arrived there were 15 minutes left to close and he told me it is already closed, he did not want to attend to me, I do not understand why they hire such rude people who are not ready to serve the customer! I practically lost my money!

I go for the fries with honey mustard sauce. Always hot and have a crisp to them.
l understand that they have to leave at 2 a.m., but if an order is placed at 1:40, they should do it as the first one. Well done! But this doesn't happen at Checkers stores anymore. We ordered two triple-dip burgers with extra bacon and got two double-dip burgers that arrived without bacon and were cold. Thank you, Checkers.
