Came in for the second time after they were supposed to be open, nobody was there. Sat for 5 minutes before someone said it’s not time yet. Your sign on your building and online says 10:30. Food is sloppy and overpriced. This is usually a last ditch because I do usually love their mushroom and Swiss burger. Go to the one on Rossville!

I simply asked for 3 burgers and two drinks and the sandwich maker did the bare minimum as well as make the wrong burger and it wasn't busy so there is absolutely no excuse for that .I was appalled because it was $30

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. The last time I visited this location at EAST POINT I was in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me so I backed up and went to the other side and no one waited on me so I went back to the other side of the restaurant where I started out at and the same car was still in line waiting for their order. I was surprised no one drove in behind me. This place must have a history of poor service. Of the two people working there only one was actually preparing food, the other one was just watching him. I guess she was the manager. The food was great but I never went back. I'll try a different location like in Essex in the future.

The was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I got a bacon cheeseburger, hot dog, nuggets, fries and soda. The soda were the best thing. The cheeseburger has no taste and instead of bacon it was like bacon bits. I asked for ketchup and mustard packs. We were told they don't carry ketchup packs or mustard packs.

Place looks rundown, I wondered if it was even in business. Smelled like urine outside. cold food, flat sofa, Indian workers with heavy accents which was hard to understand. I only ate the fries and have a stomachache.
