The manager at this restaurant is very rude and makes very snide remarks with the employees under her care to the point they don't care if you heard them or not. The manager was clearly upset she had to ring the register and closed th e window without taking my full order giving much attitude like I wasn't a paying customer. The next girl that finished my order gave me the wrong size and after I had it for about 5 mins before she decides to take back the size for the smaller I ordered with so much anger like I did the mistake after she and the manager was done laughing and talking smack. I will never go to this site again. No wonder there's hardly anyone in line.

I was not happy this time , and this is my favorite checkers. I don't know if it's NEW MANAGEMENT or coworkers . Bit the fries I bought along with the brisket I ate in the car and they were not good at ALL. ...TOO GREASY AND TASTE DIFFERENT NOT SEASONED. ALSO THE burger liss some briskets...so sad 😔

All I see is negative reviews stretching as far back as 7 years ago. You should look into what there saying. Mostly, rude employees at the windows and cold food and or not having many food items. I live 3 mins away and would like to continue to eat here, that is, if things change.

Was out and about and decided to stop at Checker's and try the 5 for $5, the meal was good and hot but the woman taking our order seemed like she had attitude or a bad, which we're all entitled too but when you deal with the public,you need to check that attitude at the door! It doesn't make people want to go back. I don't understand how these owners allow them to perform in that manner, I'd send your behind right home, since clearly you don't want to be there.

So I order an online order had someone deliver it ? okay so I was missing a burger! An the Burger's that we got meat was BURNT AN SOOO I MEAN SOOO SLOPPY MADE! FRIES WAS Under COOKED. I really was excited to receive my two cheeseburgers with mayo and ketchup as I actually had an appetite for once. This was indicated in the order but unfortunately I received a hamburger with ketchup only. Normally most would be like no big deal but for me the cheese pattie mayo and ketchup provides the balanced texture I need to eat as a person struggling with dysphagia and anorexia. And yes I could add cheese and mayo but guess what? I'm out of both and don't feel like now driving to the grocery store to complete my own order. Disappointed and hungry ?
Closed half an hour early and was told “ I don’t know bro” by the cashier when I pulled up to the door. If you guys are closing earlier then please update your hours online to reflect it.

I told them no cheese on my burger 3×s when I got it ir had nothing but cheese when I took it back the employee kept trying to tell me that I told her nothing but cheese but besides the fact that happend when I finally got my burger ot was real dry the roll was kinda stale and my daughters chicken tenders were pretty embarrassing

The person with the pink hair at the drive thru window proceeded to give me attitude over the mic , then when I pulled up I witness her fill the ice container with her hands then pick trash up off the floor , she then comes over to me and ask “ what you get” so not only was she trifling , she was also ghetto. Done with this location.
