Stopped at the Chick-fil-A on 400 Pratt Street and had a disappointing experience. I waited a long time while other customers were served ahead of me, and several employees — including what looked like a manager — kept glancing at me. When someone finally spoke to me, they said they were “waiting on fries,” yet my food came out barely warm.

I reported it to corporate and never received a response. Sadly, this location is not living up to the Chick-fil-A standard anymore. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere and letting others know about the experience.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! Food was good. Service was awesome. People walking around to ensure you have everything you need. Bathrooms were clean. They even sang Happy Birthday to a very special 7 year year old. Awesome location, I highly recommend.

Everytime I place an order with this store whether in person or on DoorDash it comes back wrong. This is not the level of customer service I’m used to. When I’m going to my original foundry row store I always receive everything I order correctly.

I’m a dasher for Door Dash. Every time i come to this location someone marks the order as ready and the order isn’t ready. I recommend the store to assist workers to not to press the order is ready button until button is actually ready.

Compared to all other locations. They consistently make the salad skimpy. Rest assure your bowl won’t be filled. And you will only get 1 dressing rather than 2. Be prepared to wait and note there’s no parking

I coordinated a very brief visit to the Inner Harbor for our high school marching band that included feeding the 95 students and about 20 adults. When I called CFA to work out a plan, they were extremely helpful and made the magic all happen! I appreciate all of their hard work and understanding.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Chick-fil-A. The food was poorly prepared and the portion size was completely insufficient. My order was barely half full — it honestly looked like someone had already eaten from it. For the price, I expected a proper serving, but what I received was not nearly enough. What’s the point of using a full-sized plate or container if you’re not going to fill it? It just makes the order look even more incomplete. I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A for its quality and consistency, but this experience was very disappointing. I hope management reviews how orders are being prepared and ensures customers get the full portions they pay for.
