Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.
This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.
The swimming pool was…eh, and there is no hot tub which was disappointing but

I ordered delivery and asked for a specific amount of sauce/condiments for the items ordered. Well Chic fil A did what they wanted and only gave me two sauces. So majority of my food was dry and not enjoyed like anticipated. Of course since I ordered delivery, there was nothing I could do about it. I’m sure, however, any location other than this one would’ve taken pleasure in getting my condiments correct for my delivery order.

I'm disappointed. I didn't get what i ordered. I ordered 2 cobb salads and 1 market salad but ended up getting 2 market salads with the cobb salad toppings and 1 Cobb salad. I didn't get the right dressings I asked either. I know it was my mistake for not checking the items before leaving the store, but I didn't think they would get it wrong. The staff was nice so that's a good thing

I had a fantastic experience at this Chick-fil-A near the Baltimore Aquarium. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, even during busy hours.
Of course, the food was fresh, hot, and up to Chick-fil-A’s high standards—perfectly crispy chicken, great waffle fries, and refreshing drinks. Whether you’re visiting the aquarium or just in the area, this location is a great spot to grab a quick, satisfying meal with top-tier customer service. Highly recommend! Also big shout out to Mr Charles! With a Charles in charge I know the cleaning going to be great.

Stopped by after the aquarium for a late lunch with my husband and two small children. The staff was so helpful holding doors, getting us a highchair and even putting down stock on placemats for you kids. Very impressed!
The bathroom was clean and had a nice smell too. Will come back next time.
My wife, who rarely compliments, took time out of her day to thank the manager on 12/18 at 11am. She noted that the staff all have great attitudes, they are taking initiative and thanked her for her professionalism. We really enjoyed our breakfast this morning and everyone made it special for us.

I always enjoyed chick FIL A's food. Especially their seasonal items. They have the key lime🍋💦lemonade very delicious and Refreshing😋
Got spicy deluxe chicken with the substitution of coke with dr.pepper. Overall the taste was great. Not a big portion but it was decent. The meals came with potato waffle which was really nice. Don’t forget to add chick-fil-a sauce! Service was superb! They deliver the food to your seat and clean everything just after you finish the meal. Clean and nice vibes!
