Chick-fil-a is alway consistent. The service is decent and they are fast. They do forget to add the sauces in your bag the last two out of three times I've been there. Double check your order before you leave.

I did the drive-through. The employees were nice and the food was hot. The line moved swiftly too, which was a plus.
I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with extra pickles. As soon asI picked up it fell apart. The was over cooked and cold . The half was delicious.

This Chick-fil-A is always very clean. The service is fast. The problem is that they consistently overcook the sandwiches. They are a darker brown than at other Chick-fil-As. Also the coating has very hard batter nodules that are too hard to eat. They are rock hard.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian salads. Vegans would have to consult the web site for non obvious animal products.
Parking: Overall it is a well run restaurant. I just wish they would take the chicken out of the pressure cooker a little earlier. I do not encounter this problem at other locations.

The building was covered with lights!!! The people were super friendly. It was the first friendly and helpful customer service that we had in Baltimore!! Food was delightful as always!
I have been living in the Canton area for a while and I frequently eat at this particular restaurant. The service usually is pretty good. However, in the mornings there is a particular morning shift that is not pleasant at all. I usually take order through the drive-thru and I am always being rushed through my order with a constant question of "anything else". Often times they cut me off while I am still ordering to say "anything else" or "is that it". One time a male even sent my order through while I was still ordering and I had to continue at the window. When I asked for the manager which was Carolina at the time she said "ok is there anything else" and then proceeded to laugh in my face. I was in so taken back by this that I did not even get my food. This was just one of many incidents at this location in the mornings.
