I’m uncertain if the care that’s required to prepare the food has changed in addition to the ingredients that were originally used in which I was once highly intrigued to indulge in the food. This has been the final straw. Smh . It’s with a high level of pisstivity ( I know it’s not an actual word) that I publicly express how disappointed I am about the taste of the food I ordered today. It actually tastes like week old KFC . Utterly Disgusting. I guess it no longer their pleasure at Chick- fil-A . The nuggets were dried out yet somehow they were greasy and the Mac & Cheese tasted like powdered cheese & over boiled noodles. I’m highly disappointed. My husband sandwich was over cooked and my baby meal was the same …. Dry as mine however her fries were hot yet she said it made her tongue feel weird because it had too much salt.

It is WILD that in an area with such a high veteran population that this franchise owner decides to be cheap and not offer veterans any discount/meals on veterans day that most other locations nationwide participate in. This location does not support the troops. It's pathetic given the current furloughed status for Federal employees, many of whom are veterans themselves. They only care about bottom line here. Hope the profit margins are worth turning your backs on the large military and federal population you claim to serve.

Went to register to order a Cobb salad and kids meal I asked Alonzo P what dressing they offered for the salads he told me to read the sign his attitude was very poor from the greeting to ordering
