This store has gone WAY downhill. The past 4 or 5 orders now have been missing food, sauces, forks, you name it. They NEVER get it right but complain if you dont get out of the drive thru lane while you look for what they missed. Which is always SOMETHING

They are in a hurry to get cars out not get orders right. I got 4 packs of dressing for a side salad that I didnt even ask for and 0 sauces for a tenders meal. Drink a diet soda at your own risk if you want to avoid the sugar. Trying to control blood sugar and trusting that I actually have diet lemonade with 0 sugar is a risk I cant take. they could put someone in a coma with a regular soda no ice. Fortunately they usually ignore the no ice on the ticket and fill the cup halfway anyway. Sugar can kill a diabetic or put them in a coma. It's not a game it's a job. take it seriously. We pay the exact amount you charge, give us exactly what we pay for.

Can Mr Emmitt please come into the drivethrough checking orders? He is the gem at this establishment which, again, has gone completely downhill in 3 years. During COVID this place was perfect. I guess because all they had to do was work a drive thru not a lobby as well.

Get better please.

Terrible Experience!!! AVOID this location. Not up to Chick-fil-A standards. I was told the manager on duty on 2/6/25 at 2:45 p.m. was Trevor. The staff entered my order as a small milkshake instead of a large. At the window, I was told I owed more money to correct their error. I accepted the small and the two gallons of iced tea which was not cold. I asked for a large cup of ice and was told that would cost $0.53. I suggested that they offer the cup of ice at no cost as good will for the incorrect order. The young man went and spoke to Trevor who reportedly said that there was nothing to talk about . . . I either paid the $0.53 or I did not get any ice and he was too busy counting money to come to the drive through window to speak with me (which I had requested). Knowing that small cups of ice are offered at no charge I asked for three small cups of ice which the young man provided. I was fine with the initial error but I am NOT fine with Trevor's terrible attitude. As a retired business owner I can tell you that he would not have a job for long with the attitude he modeled. Shame on Danielle alderson, the operator of this location, for allowing this type of behavior, especially from a manager.

Went through the drive-through ordered my food leave only to find out they forgot to give me my fries with my meal. The guy through the drive-through thought it was smart to substitute my fry for the side I decided to get. Talk to the manager taylor she said there was nothing she could do I had to pay for the fry due to her persons Mess up , won’t be going back if that’s how she takes care of customers

Always come here,the manager was so snobby tonight 8pm(1-10-25)..... I didn't get an item I paid for and by the time i could even say what was wrong everything was cold. I asked for new fries at the very least 1 small batch fresh for my son and was denied. Almost 30min after I got my order . Whoever it was who denied me should know they messed up. Sorry my son only like the fries from anywhere and the fries turn to crap shortly after being cooked. Poor effort done by management on Eastern avenue chick fila

This particular Chick-Fil-A store #02222 located next to Eastpoint Mall is always cramped and backed up as far as the drive thru experience is concerned. But needing a quick salad on my way home I decided to visit. I don’t know if “rodents” chewed thru this bag or it was mechanical error but this is not the first time time I’ve gotten an opened bag of Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Pepper pieces…SMH 😱🧐🤮 Of course I through them straight in the trash can. My customer service experience was great but their quality assurance needs more attention to detail. Finally, I have a family member who works for a pest control company and yes all Chick-Fil-A locations have mice 🐁 Just saying….

This is the worst chick fill a ever! Terrible customer service, extremely long wait time, and I had food missing I’ve been to this location a few times and it has been the same experience every time, I’ve continued to come for the convenience however, the service is just so bad I will not be returning.
