Rude staff. I asked if this is an abbreviated menu and if they have the taquito and she just stared at me. I asked again in case she didn’t hear since it’s an airport and she again just stared at me. Ended up with the chicken biscuit and it was hard. Also you can’t order in the app.

I must confess, fellow travelers of the galaxy, I’ve never quite understood the hype orbiting around Chick-fil-A. Their chicken sandwiches? Decent enough to keep the young Padawans fed, but far from the legendary feast many proclaim. The flavor’s more “Padawan-in-training” than “Jedi Master level.”
Add in the endless queues that stretch longer than a line of stormtroopers awaiting inspection, and it’s often not worth engaging hyperdrive for. And of course—just when the Force tempts you to give it another try—you remember... it’s Sunday. Not even in an airport outpost does this empire operate that day.
So while others sing praises of golden breaded glory, I’ll remain the skeptical Jedi—searching for a truly transcendent chicken sandwich in a galaxy far, far tastier. 🛰️🍗✨

We travel a lot. There's not a single time I've been convinced by others to eat Chic-fil-A in any state that its been good. In this particular experience I was starving and opted for this over McDonald's. There were about 10 staff taking orders & expediting and yet I still had to ask someone to take my order after standing there for 8 mins. I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwhich and waffles fries, my husband nuggets and waffle fry meal with diet soda. We raced to our gate. I took a bite and it was a plain grilled chicken sandwich, cold, soggy lettuce and overall lack-lustre. Last time I give this chain my money or a chance. More than done.

This review is for the BWI airport Chik-Fil-A. This was the unfriendliest, most unwelcoming Chik-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. No smiles. No “welcome”. No “my pleasure”. No “how can I help you?”. All sauces are kept behind the counter. Be sure to ask for sauces when you pick up your order, otherwise you risk upsetting the employees when you come back to the counter to ask for sauce or anything else they keep behind the counter. Lots of employees behind the counter, and a surprising number of them were just standing around chatting with each other. Do not recommend this location. There are plenty of other options in this part of BWI.

I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit sandwich with pepper jack cheese and a cherry blast lemonade. Somehow got a burnt spicy chicken biscuit that’s too hard to eat and taste old with no cheese and a dragon fruit lemonade? Instead of the employee listening to anything I said she just made up her own order because I don’t know how we got here. Which sucks when you have a flight to catch and don’t have time to walk back to the other side of the airport a waste of money!
Do not order lunch during breakfast hours. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches at 8:54 and still waiting 30 minute later. Was told 10-15 minutes and still no ETA after 30 minute and it’s 9:30 AM on Thursday 8/14/25. Finally got it at the 34 minute mark and it was tasty but late. Over promising, under delivering on expected wait

Update: After I followed up a second time, I received one corporate copy & paste response. It is going on 2 weeks now & they still haven't made this right.
A hair was cooked into the egg, absolutely repulsive. I reached out to Chick Fil A CARES, it's been 5 days & I haven't received a response.
