This review is for the BWI airport Chik-Fil-A. This was the unfriendliest, most unwelcoming Chik-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. No smiles. No “welcome”. No “my pleasure”. No “how can I help you?”. All sauces are kept behind the counter. Be sure to ask for sauces when you pick up your order, otherwise you risk upsetting the employees when you come back to the counter to ask for sauce or anything else they keep behind the counter. Lots of employees behind the counter, and a surprising number of them were just standing around chatting with each other. Do not recommend this location. There are plenty of other options in this part of BWI.

I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit sandwich with pepper jack cheese and a cherry blast lemonade. Somehow got a burnt spicy chicken biscuit that’s too hard to eat and taste old with no cheese and a dragon fruit lemonade? Instead of the employee listening to anything I said she just made up her own order because I don’t know how we got here. Which sucks when you have a flight to catch and don’t have time to walk back to the other side of the airport a waste of money!

Do not order lunch during breakfast hours. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches at 8:54 and still waiting 30 minute later. Was told 10-15 minutes and still no ETA after 30 minute and it’s 9:30 AM on Thursday 8/14/25. Finally got it at the 34 minute mark and it was tasty but late. Over promising, under delivering on expected wait

Update: After I followed up a second time, I received one corporate copy & paste response. It is going on 2 weeks now & they still haven't made this right.
A hair was cooked into the egg, absolutely repulsive. I reached out to Chick Fil A CARES, it's been 5 days & I haven't received a response.

Its worth the short wait in line for a quick bite before your flight.
OK, so basically my friend ordered a food and they mispronounce her name but when she corrected him, he purposely mispronounced it and laughed about it and then he gave her the wrong food and said he ran out and gave her the wrong tea on purpose, and when the food that had “run out” was literally right behind him and we pointed it out he just rolled his eyes and grabbed another cup and filled it right this time but charged extra for something that should’ve been right in the first place, and was basically a huge jerk. Terrible service, one star for some of the worst service I have ever received.
FAST food is NOT on my list of choices!! Period. On 12/3/24, I had a crazy plane change in Baltimore. I was hungry and 'in a hurry'!!! I chose Chick-fil-A for convenience and reputation. I ordered a spicy biscuit combo. Cheap and to the point! The spiciness of the chicken was actually pleasant, the biscuit was cooked properly and the hashbrowns were nice and crispy, so for fast food expectations it was just fine!! The shining star for this visit was a wonderful employee, JESHALI G. She gave exceptionally kind customer service!!! She was absolutely delightful!!!!
3/5/25 another plane change with hurried hunger needs! Evening flight, so no biscuits. Spicy chicken sandwich combo/with tater tots. Fast food, good enough. AGAIN, EXCEPTIONAL and kind customer service from Edras T. He was truly delightful.

Had Chick-fil-a at the Baltimore Airport. I found it to be as good as any stand alone franchises. Couldn't tell the difference between my local establishment. Went with Nuggets, fries and a Arnold palmer. Half lemonade and half tea.
