Chick-fil-A is my new favorite. The service is awesome - you can just tell that they pay attention to their hiring. I also like the fact that they usually have someone ’floating’ around the floor to make it easy if you have a question or need something. This place had such a person who was very kind and was asking the individual tables if they needed anything -
We always eat breakfast at CFA inside BWI. Normally they are SUPER busy just like any CFA but last week we were there early enough that there was no line. I was shocked. The food was great and the service was great also. You almost forget you're in an airport. The only thing I dislike is that you cannot earn CFA points or order ahead on the app.
The atmosphere is great. They always happy and great customer service. It seen like every like to work there and that make big difference. Yes , I was happy with my service and food . 5 ? ? ? ? ?
