Great experience. ☺️ My granddaughter wanted to go Chick-fil-A to play in their inside play area for her birthday. The staff were very pleasant and attentive to us while serving walk-in and drive thru customers. Food was great as always. 😋 Bathroom was spotless. 👍🏽We took pics in front of the tree. 🎄 The staff even made my grandaaughter a sundae 🍨and sang happy birthday to her. 🎂 They also gifted her a plush cow. We totally enjoyed ourselves.🥰 Bravo Chick-fil-A. 👏🏽👏🏽 If you can't rent a venue to celebrate a child's birthday Chick-fil-A won't disappoint. 😁You're welcome. 😉

If it were possible, I'd give the Perry Hall, MD location zero stars, and I'd also give Chik-Fil-A overall zero stars, as a corporation. The Perry Hall location made me ill on two occasions; once, when I bit into severely undercooked chicken on a spicy chicken sandwich, and got food poisoning. A second time when I ordered a wrap sandwich and the lettuce inside was mostly brown & slimy. These were drive-thru orders, and on both occasions I called the store and asked to speak to the manager or franchise owner. I was told that he'd call back within 24 hours... and that was over a year ago! After being ignored the second time, I called the corporate office. An attorney called me back (talk about overkill!) and asked was I suing? No, I just wanted a refund and an apology from the location manager... neither of which was EVER forthcoming. Truly horrific customer service.

Additionally, it has come to my attention that the owners of the corporate entity are extremely anti-LGBTQIA+, and there are reports of earnings being used to fund lobbyists in DC to promote anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation, so please keep that in mind, if you care about where your purchase dollars end up.

I'm never, ever, EVER purchasing anything again from any Chik-Fil-A.

The best Chick-fil-A i have ever been at. The food was good, and they let us come in the back and serve our own ice cream. The employees were really friendly. The girl with the cow print nails needs a raise. She is so cool.

Arrived at this location to purchase dinner for my toddlers and husband. Upon leaving i realized an entire meal was missing. After only a few moments of leaving the drive through I pulled back to the window to receive the other meal only to be yelled at through the drive through window that they were closed and that I needed to call tomorrow to resolve the issue. I wasn’t out of the drive through line for more than a second after I realized the order wasn’t received properly. To top it off, the tablets weren’t working, and the food isn’t even warm. During college I worked at chic fil a, so first hand I know and understand the proper etiquette when it comes to customer service. I won’t support this location again.

I'd like to give a huge shout-out to the staff at this location. I placed an online catering order the evening before a lunch. The day of the lunch I realized I placed the order at the wrong location. I was freaking out and I called the restaurant and spoke with Steve. He was so incredibly helpful and was more than willing to accommodate a last minute catering order that I placed only 1 hour before the lunch itself. Kim - at the restaurant - was also incredibly helpful and accommodated all my requests last minute. I can't say enough nice things about them - the flexibility, understanding, professionalism, and kindness in helping me for my lunch was very much appreciated. Everything was amazing and the lunch went very well thanks to them!!!

This was the first ever visit to a Chick-fil-A and we was really treated as the most important guests ever by the manager, sorry for not remembering your name. He had been on the same location for 19 years. We got the full story of the company and even a toy cow, cookies and chips. Food was OK but the manager really made my day!

Chick-fil-A manager first of all didn’t agree me second all I was asking the manager was I’m here for DoorDash and her to look at my name. But she proceeded to tell me I have a lot of orders and walk away. I just think that’s very unprofessional. The time was.11:45am 09/09/2024

Never a bad meal parking extremely limited had to park other side of restaurant. Very busy but staff efficient

Came through the drive thru! Ordered 30 nugget meal & a kids meal & 3 icecream cones !! Pull up to get the food & the runner hands the drinks & food and says have a good day. I proceeded to ask for the 3 icecream cones and she sarcastically says, “They only charged you for two”. I turn the bag with the receipt on it and she damn near snatched the bag out the car and says Oh ! Two worker start to make the cones one a young lady no gloves the other a young man Alex with gloves on so we kindly asked her do they wear gloves and with attitude she says , “No They Don’t !” Well we asked for the gloved worker to make the cones and the runner caught an attitude running her mouth and not willing to come back to the window and give us napkins. Just asked for the manger name but this is not the type of attitude I expect from this establishment. Alex (manager) shift !
