I ONLY ordered 10 pcs chick'n'minis, to which I even said just the minis. To my surprise, the cashier (I believe his name is gonzola but the operator name is steve on my receipt) asked what I wanted for the drink. I told him I didn't want a drink, to which he responded with "oh, but it comes with a drink." With the line and all, I asked for half and half. I paid, then got my receipt. I didn't pay attention til I got the food and I saw that he made it a meal. I looked at my receipt and I didn't realize he charge me for about 18 dollars... was looking around but I didn't see a manager but please make sure your employees know what they're doing.

Poor management. Poorly trained staff. Charges your credit card for food that was paid for with points. So awful. I remember when chick fil a could work through long lines efficiently and now it's no better than mc donalds... also those boxes the people sit in when it's raining.. thanks for making me get my car soaked in the rain now... at least the old way had cover over the customers. I wish I could rate this location in the negatives

It's Chick-fil-A. Forgot the one on Joppa rd. is closed for renovations, so I was glad to get to this one easily
The night staff need to be trained on serve safe practices. They are rude and antagonistic. To be yelled at by someones child is a little weird especially after I filed my taxes with no dependents. As rude as they are they should probably work on Sundays because that's devils work. Staff may also be a little racist if not discriminatory. Just imagine pulling up to a window and they side eye you like you're about to rob them. I cant help to think someone that did not look like me would have been helped. All rules and regulations should be posted and the only rule they follow is closed on Sunday.
