Waiting for food, the staff busy talking and laughing. They are not bothered. I have been waiting for the my order going to 15 minutes. I can tell when they are busy but they are not. This kind of service does not reflect Chick fil A.

this Chick-fil-A is amazing! New employee mixed up our order. And the manager came and gave us the right order. And then she said we could go get ice free ice cream and let our kids make their own ice cream. And then gave us extra food and toys! This made our day!

My brother went to CFA, hungry, at night thinking he could get a good meal but that's not the case. So basically he ordered his food and after waiting, he was told that his order was ACCIDENTALLY given to this random white guy. The crazy thing is, he still got his food even though they had different names on them. This means that they must have done that on purpose because who is ignorant enough to give someone else's order to a random guy who also ordered something that had a different name on it. The white guy was told this and was told to give it to my brother. But he gave it to someone else. Which means that other black guy got free food. I think whoever was in charge of giving people their order should fired, suspended without pay, or retrained because EVEN I could do a better job. My brother wanted a refund but because it was late, the place closed so he couldn't get it. He just wanted to cancel the order but they still wouldn't let him. So my brother went home furious and hungry.
This is the only chick fil a that I've been too that always mess up my order. They always seems to have an attitude and never say my pleasure. Instead of asking how to pronounce my name, the manager said I forgot what you ordered first of all I ordered on the mobile app. Anyway the food was good the fries were a little overcooked .
