I've always been a sucker for a great chicken sandwich! These def don't disappoint. I've always added sauces to mine as when they come plain with a pickle it just seems to be lacking a certain pizzazz which a bit of mayo & chick fill a sauce remedies immediately! I've also lived for their newer sandwiches that come with yummy add ons including cheese Tomato & delicious sauces

Yesterday was my granddaughter‘s birthday celebration and after we left the bouncy house, we took the kids to Chick-fil-A. I want to tell you the service at White Marsh was amazing. They were so kind, they went over and above. I really don’t know who to contact in regards to this, but they were so kind. I just want everybody to know we talk about the bad customer service so I really wanna shout them out for the amazing customer service that was given.I just want to say thank you again.

Waiting for food, the staff busy talking and laughing. They are not bothered. I have been waiting for the my order going to 15 minutes. I can tell when they are busy but they are not. This kind of service does not reflect Chick fil A.
