They gave me the wrong drink and no extra sauce. Why be so stingy? Never again this is how you lose customers by being stingy!

Simply the best! A family favorite for years.

Food very good but I had to explain my order 5 times which was a simple order of half chicken with rice and plantains and guy could not understand me after repeating 5 times still got a 1/4 chicken …

This is one of my favorite places to go for Peruvian chicken. The flavor of the chicken and the sides are always delicious! I am grateful for their consistemcy

I waited in line for five minutes with nobody else in line, while the employee behind the counter ignored me and continued handling food. Five minutes later when another customer walked in—who appeared to be Hispanic—the employee immediately greeted him with “Hola” and began assisting him.

When I raised the issue with both the employee and the manager, I was told they knew each other, which is why he was greeted him right away. I explained that I was also a paying customer and deserved acknowledgment and service, regardless of familiarity or background.

The manager seemed unable to understand why this experience was upsetting— He actually laughed!. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt overlooked at this location, and I now question whether I’ve received subpar service because I’m not Hispanic. Regardless, this will be my last visit.

I’ve been ordering on chicken Rico on doordash for a while now and the people who take my order don’t seem to care what I ordered, I’ve ordered extra sauce and they never send me any I’ve ordered French fries and they sent yuca which is something I don’t eat, I’ve ordered a can of Inca cola but sometimes they don’t send it or they send something else I didn’t want, who ever is in charge of onlines orders has to do better, I’ve been pretty upset with the recent orders

It's 8:39 and it says they close at 9:30, but the people are cleaning and don't even acknowledge that someone is at the door.
What horrible service. They close early, and the people working don't care that people are at the door at 8:39 even though they close at 9:30. They don't even look at you, or signal, or anything. I drove 20 minutes and they don't even answer the phone.

What a disgrace for Peruvian business. Not even answering the phone during business hours…

Leaves much to be desired from this place and this whole area in general. 🤮

Fries were saugy meat was dried out tomatoes was in it and I'm allergic to tomatoes this time the food was not on point. I'm mad I will be back to get my money and drop the food off cause now I have to order from somewhere else

I love ordering the chicken when I want a healthier version of fried chicken, and it’s always delicious. However, I wish they offered a chicken-only option, as the sides are so large that I end up wasting them.
I tried the beef once, but it came with way more potatoes than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. From now on, I think I’ll just stick to the chicken from here.

I never eat there always take to go. Chicken is always cooked as a true asado and the portions were a good size. You know the food is good when you see all ethnicities of people getting their food from this place.
