Website says $10.50 for a half chicken meal, but I was just charged $19. I realize plantains are extra, but not sure they are that much extra. Also, the digital menu wasn't working, and the guy ringing me up didn't understand my question on price.

Their specialty food item here is their Peruvian rotisserie chicken. It is hands down one the best and well-seasoned chicken you will taste. My Peruvian friend introduced me to this place and since then, I can taste this chicken from miles away. They have other items on their menu but the chicken is their best. They can be a little pricey but you won’t regret it. The location of this place is not the best since it’s in a very busy and congested area and finding free parking is difficult so you must be ready to pay or walk a few blocks for free parking.

My mom and my son who are Dominican, my daughter in law is El Salvorian & Honduran, I am Black Dominican and before my mom passed she and my son loved to eat from Chicken Rico.... Today my granddaughter who's 12 yrs old and who is El Salvorian & Dominican & some Black wanted food from your restaurant.....We came in& she stood at the counter and followed the directions of everybody else and continued to be overlooked so after waiting for 15 mins I approached them and they in turn gave me the run around which is not great for business since I am a business owner as well! If you have issues with BLACK PPL then simply make that known!! Sometimes you people forget that had it not been for BLACK CIVIL RIGHTS LEADERS NONE of you would've never been allowed to even live here!!! You're here off of the backs of BLACKS and don't ever forget that!!! Keep listening to the stupid stuff that trump says and you will find yourselves shut down too!!!!

Love their green beans and charbroiled rotisserie chicken. Taste is far superior than any other Peruvian spot ;0)

I love and hate them. Best chicken you’ll ever get in the area, forget about Sardis, trust me. But occasionally my order can be wrong. Still can’t stop ordering from them. How the white meat juicer than dark meat…. Hands down flavor out of this world…. Damn.

They gave me the wrong drink and no extra sauce. Why be so stingy? Never again this is how you lose customers by being stingy!

I waited in line for five minutes with nobody else in line, while the employee behind the counter ignored me and continued handling food. Five minutes later when another customer walked in—who appeared to be Hispanic—the employee immediately greeted him with “Hola” and began assisting him.

When I raised the issue with both the employee and the manager, I was told they knew each other, which is why he was greeted him right away. I explained that I was also a paying customer and deserved acknowledgment and service, regardless of familiarity or background.

The manager seemed unable to understand why this experience was upsetting— He actually laughed!. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt overlooked at this location, and I now question whether I’ve received subpar service because I’m not Hispanic. Regardless, this will be my last visit.
