They have 3 different opening times: 11:00 on The door, 11:30pm on website and 12pm on Google Maps. I showed up at 12:02 and at least 3 people walked by me , looked at me, and ignored me. It wasn’t until I said something the man looked at me crazy and I said “are you open? I’ve been standing here nobody has said anything.” He responded with an attitude “well I just got here.” He was perhaps the manager, there were no waitstaff at all… he tried his best to attend to us but service was extremely slow it was just him. The food was not good all of it seemed canned. The chips and salsa was great though. My second time being here and I will never ever go back. They add 18% gratuity so perhaps that informs the lack of service.

My fiance and I dined here for Valentine’s Day. The food was ok, but we had the worst service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. Our waitress took our drink order and brought the water and Pepsi out a few minutes later. She then asked us if we were ready to order, we said yes, and then she said “ok, I’ll will be back in 5 minutes.” Not sure where she went, but 10 minutes later she was back and took our order. We waited for about 35 minutes before the food was brought out. Our appetizer was never brought out, the side of rice we ordered was never brought, and the tacos that were brought out were not what my fiance ordered. When we said we had the wrong food, she took the plate without looking at us or saying anything. 15 minutes later he received the correct tacos (except the sour cream/cheese, standard toppings….those were not added on the tacos for some reason). We still didn’t get the appetizer or the side and we didn’t get a chance to ask about it because she immediately walked away and didn’t come back until 45 minutes later when I had to request the check from another waitress walking by. When she did bring us the check, it was another round of no eye contact and immediately walking out of our area after setting something down on the table. We finally got to leave the restaurant after an hour and 45 minutes of mostly waiting.

Incredibly consistent service and quality food every time! The combo fajitas are killer! …DO NOT leave without trying their housemade green salsa (you have to ask for it) — it is AMAZING.

Food is fine but there was literally only one guy in the whole restaurant and he knew nothing about the tequilas he had behind the bar. Also, I asked for hot sauce and he said he didn’t have any. 🤷🏻♀️

Me and my friend came here Sunday night around 8:OOm . The food was good. We sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks. Our problem was the Male at the bar who was clearly drunk he was Hispanic. He got aggressive with my friend and we found out he is an employee at the restaurant. Maybe some policy needs to be in place about employees getting intoxicated at their place of employment and not being able to handle their alcohol . This clearly is a conflict and I will not be coming back due to feeling unsafe. The bartender did ask us were we okay and she came around from the bar. My friend didn’t remain calm while being attacked this could of went the other way

Awful service, bad food. It’s not hard to provide decent chips and salsa but it’s a combination of Pace salsa and the worst tortilla chips somebody could imagine.
No quality in food, no costumer service, A/C was on when outside was 38 degrees. Chipotle would’ve been better and for sure cheaper and “AUTHENTIC”

Went in for dinner sat right away, very nice environment and decor but very misleading. Server was not pleased to be working and was slow when there were maybe 3 other tables filled in the restaurant. We ordered sides and dishes we never received. Food was slow as well and mid for what other local Mexican restaurants compare in the area. Not worth the price in my opinion. Barcocina down the road has the same vibe with much better food and view of the water.

Went in with high hopes. Extremely disappointed. Sat at the bar, waited about 15 minutes before any employee acknowledged me. Ordered my food for take out, bartender ended up getting the order wrong.
Ordered a chicken and shrimp bowl, ended up with steak and shrimp. Also ordered a trio of tacos, all carnitas. I am staying less than a block away from the location at an air bnb which I walked to and the tacos were ice cold. i feel my food from a rival restaurant on the other side of town could have doordashed it to me and would have served me warmer food.
Chairs at the bar are awkward to sit on as well. chairs were fixed to the floor, leaving little to no space between patrons. terrible set up.
Other patrons at the bar were extremely loud for no reason despite them being less than a foot apart from eachother. (not the restaurants fault)
